Notary Public, (Civil Law System) (Buenos Aires Notaries Public Bar, License 4383). Lawyer (JD), (Catholic University of Argentina, 1994). He has a vast experience in company law conflicts and corporate governance.

He has specialized in formation, restructures and registration of companies in the jurisdiction of the City of Buenos Aires. In such capacity he advises local and multinational companies in relation to corporate governance issues. In addition to his company law expertise, he has a vast experience in real estate transactions (Torrent System) of diverse complexity in the jurisdiction of the City of Buenos Aires as well as in the rest of the country through a network of correspondent colleagues. He provides legal advice from the beginning of the real estate transaction through the actual closing and execution and registration of the public deed with which the property is legally transferred. He is in charge of the Notary Registry of the City of Buenos Aires Nr. 1755 from its creation back in 1995.

María joined Barbosa Ugarte in 2023. She is specialized in labor and family law. She also has a vast experience in corporate, bankruptcy law and company legal advice.
Over her fructiferous professional career, María has acted as legal representative and counsel of local and international companies, among which there are Vizental y Cia, Telecom, CTI Cia. De Telefonos del Interior S.A., Esso Petrolera Argentina S.R.L, Shell, among others.
María graduated from the School of Law of the Buenos Aires University in 1989. She has undertaken several graduate seminars with concentration in labor, family and consumer law.

Biography
Ricardo Hara joined Barbosa Abogados as Of Counsel in 2015. He is of the Hyogo Special Goodwill Envoy, Japan and co-founder of REN (Red de Emprendedores Nikkei) (Nikkei Entrepreneur Network), an entity created to promote, train and develop young entrepreneurs of the Nikkei community in Argentina.
