Ahmad joined BIMA in March 2019 as Head of Customer Services. Ahmad comes with over 14 years of working experience in various parts of the Customer Services function in organizations, including Jazz and Mind bridge.
At BIMA he is responsible for providing customers with the best experience and resolving any issues they may face. Ahmad & his team conduct regular surveys to understand the customer better.
My name is Ammara Mujahid and I am Dietitian/Nutritionist by profession. I did my Bachelors from Gulab Devi Lahore and I'm currently doing my post graduation from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. I have always been so passionate about physical well being of people around me in terms of their diet and lifestyle. I have worked in different areas of nutrition including clinical and community nutrition for more than 3 years and I'm looking forward to do more by providing awareness and bringing healthy changes among people!
Dr. Hina, leads the mHealth department of BIMA. She has more than 10 yrs. of experience in Primary care and has profound knowledge in patient's safety and quality healthcare. Prior to BIMA, Dr. Hina worked in Sehat Kahani as their Lead (Monitoring, learning & Evaluation) where she played a crucial role in developing telemedicine policies & processes for standardizing quality healthcare provision.
I have been working as a senior clinical psychologist with the experience of 11 years 6 months, at shalamar institute of health sciences. I have been working with adult and child psychiatry, student counseling, marital counseling, career counseling, stress management at work place, how to handle difficult People, and different life skills. Improving interpersonal and interpersonal relationships.
I am a graduate of Khyber Medical University. I have done my house job from Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad and Ittefaq Hospital Lahore. I have 3 years of clinical experience. I have joined BIMA as a Tele Doctors and had worked for 2.5 years and then got promoted as a Senior Medical in June 2020. My responsibilities include;

Hina has been a part of the BIMA team since 2020. She is a passionate marketeer with over 7 years' experience in multi-channel media strategies across various industries.
Hina is responsible for Marketing & PR at BIMA and plays a vital role in raising awareness of the brand in Pakistan. Prior to BIMA, Hina has worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Telenor and FINCA Microfinance Bank.

Ibtesam joined BIMA in Nov 2020. He is the Head of IT for BIMA Pakistan. He is responsible for managing the whole IT and its Infra Structure.
He has over 11 years of experience working in IT sector for different reputable organizations and has worked under multiple domains as IT support Engineer, Software Developer, Technical project manager and now as Head of IT.
Muqeet Amjad - Chief Commercial Officer

Muqeet Joined BIMA in January 2022 as Commercial Head of Finance. He is a chartered Accountant with more than 13 years of diversified local & international experience in various finance roles.
Muqeet has previously worked for Outfitters, Pioneer Cement, Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan, Coca Cola İçecek Turkey and Deloitte.
Murtaza Khalil Hassan has over 17 Years of experience working in insurance & banking sector in Pakistan with leading local and multinational organizations.
Syma is BIMA's Head of HR & Admin. She has over 16 years' experience in HR field and has gained valuable insights on how to maximize human potential in the local cultural context. This has come from her extensive exposure in manufacturing and service sectors.
Syma is skilled in helping people grow to achieve business results. Previously she worked in The City School and Fatima Group.
Job Titles:
- Head of Quality Improvement
Tahir joined MILVIK in June 2016 and he is responsible for overseeing claims and quality of service delivery for BIMA Pakistan customers. His role ensures that all BIMA teams are delivering outstanding service and that customers are receiving their claims payments quickly and efficiently.
Tahir is gold medalist in MS Project Management. Before joining BIMA, he worked at PTCL, where he was leading quality and training.

Waqas joined BIMA in April 2018 and serves as Head of Partnerships & Product. His role involves managing current partner relationships, current business growth, new business expansion and product development.
Waqas has over 17 years of working experience in E-Commerce, Telecommunication and Life support services sector. Before joining BIMA, Waqas was Head of Digital in Pakistan's leading E-commerce company, Daraz.Pk, owned by Alibaba group.
