Executive Chef Peter Christenson also serves as the Executive Chef of Dellwood Country Club, where he met the owners and where the idea for Brickhouse was born. Peter's grandparents lived in White Bear Lake, and he spent many summers here as a child. His modern Midwestern menu brings new life to classic dishes. The result is delicious comfort food that is anything but boring.
