After baking and decorating cakes for family and friends for many years, I established Buttercup Cakes in 2010, specialising in luxury wedding cakes. The business went from strength to strength and I built a reputation for beautiful, elegant wedding cakes with a flawless finish, gorgeous sugar flowers, textures and, of course, great tasting cakes... I've appeared on the BBC, provided cakes for film companies, made cakes for several celebrities, been featured in national press and wedding magazines and won numerous wedding industry awards.
