Bobby Wayne Wilson Sr. - CEO, President

Mr. Wilson is a veteran of the US Army (1972-1974) where he learned the importance of discipline, integrity, hard work and teamwork. He worked in Prudhoe Bay and Fairbanks Alaska on the Alyeska Pipeline and endured the hardships of weather. His early life prepared him for fatherhood, being a dedicated husband and a driven entrepreneur. Mr. Wilson has been working in construction since 1974, starting as a general laborer and working his way up to running his own company. He met his wife, Mary, while playing softball on July 4, 1976 and from there fell in love with her and softball. He established BWW & Company, an independently owned and operated construction company, in 1987 when he realized it was the only way to ensure the level of excellence he strives for. In 2019, BWW & Company became BWW & Company Inc. Bobby has a passion for work, family and coaching. He coached co-ed softball in his early life and moved onto coaching basketball when his two boys showed an interest in playing. He has coached many young men and women to high school careers and mentored them through college. Coach Wilson currently coaches a 7th grade travel team and a freshman team at the high school level. While juggling his construction career and his coaching interest he still makes time for family outings as he also has two daughters that keep him busy with their amazing careers. Mr. Wilson also enjoys spoiling his grandchildren every chance he gets.

Mary Ferne Wilson

Mary Wilson received her degree in business from Santa Barbara Business College. She began her career as a legal secretary in 1976 and later worked in customer service in the travel industry. Keeping in line with customer service Mrs. Wilson made it a priority to put her public relation skills to use when her husband formed his company (BWW & Company) in 1987. Mrs. Wilson is part of the day to day operations of BWW & Company Inc. including but not limited to contracts, bids, payroll and site management. She appreciates hard work and strives to live up to the excellence she believes BWW & Company Inc. delivers to each and every customer. Having been an accomplished athlete in high school, Mary understands the benefits and importance of teamwork. Raising four children successfully, she recognizes the elegance it takes to walk the delicate balance between career and family; knowing that it calls for heart, dedication, drive and an unwillingness to give up even in the face of fatigue. She brings this kind of tenacity to every element of her life, whether it is work, family, or community outreach. An avid crafter, Mary Wilson is active in local craft fairs and crocheting blankets for her grandbabies.
