The success of the Catskill Consulting team was proven. Catskill Consulting team is now going to market to help other well-positioned innovative companies successfully explore capital raises for follow-on rounds via private market sources and public market SPAC mergers... In 2017 after a 20-year career in structured finance and an acquisition of Dylan's employer, Aranca, Dylan decided to pivot his focus and explore marketing liquidity event planning and investment banking services to startups nearing acquisition and IPO...
