Allen Crawford has a wide experience, since commencing in the industry in 1973, and provides advice with a view to "Creating Client Wealth". Valuations and / or consultancy is provided for statutory assessments, rental assessments and determinations, litigation, books of account, acquisition, disposal, compulsory acquisition and mortgage security across the broad range of real estate uses of vacant land, developments and the built environment.
In addition to valuation experience, Allen has experience in property accounting, commercial management, retail management and project management.

Greg enjoys creating wealth for clients through advising on property valuations, sales, purchasing, leasing and more. Greg joined us in 1988 after working at the Commonwealth bank in their Property Valuation division for 19 years. He is passionate about helping clients achieve a successful result. His focus is on the quality of the outcome and has built up a strong reputation in the industry.
Greg has a depth of valuation and real estate consultancy experience throughout all areas of Queensland. He is involved in valuation, rent reviews, determinations and resumptions, management of statutory assessments, and property consultancy on major commercial, industrial and retail property.
He also completes project feasibility studies and cash flow analyses, especially on mixed use developments and non residential property types. Greg has extensive experience throughout all areas of Queensland.
