Chad was raised in Covington, Georgia and grew up with an immense respect for our nation's electric cooperatives as his father worked for a Georgia cooperative his entire life. He attended Georgia Tech for an undergrad in Electrical Engineering then the University of Georgia for his Master's in Business Administration. Starting as a coop student at a local electric cooperative while still in school, he began his career in the electric industry in 1996. Excited for a new chapter in his professional life, he joined CEEUS in 2020 as the President and CEO and strives to lead CEEUS to be excellent in all that they do, to never be satisfied and achieve more than anyone thought possible. He understands that high success with servant leadership is attainable and is inspired to build an atmosphere where second mile service is second nature. Spending time with his wife and four boys is a priority in his life and keeps him busy when not at the office.

John grew up just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been in South Carolina for 7 years and considers it home. With 16 years of experience in the industrial distribution field, he is a recent addition to the CEEUS family, joining in early 2020. He enjoys the quick pace, great people and family-oriented atmosphere at CEEUS and looks forward to helping to inspire the people around him to be happier and more successful. From his first job as a paperboy, John has always strived to be the hardest worker in the room and knows that you have to put in the work if you want to succeed. He is proudest of his two daughters, loved by his boxer Oscar and enjoys cheering for his hometown teams, the Pittsburgh Steeler and Penguins.

Ronnie grew up in the Low Country of South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1986. He began his career with the electric cooperatives over 38 years ago at Edisto Electric Cooperative during college. Beginning his career with CEEUS in 1985, he is one of CEEUS's longest serving employees and has served in his current position since 1999. Ronnie enjoys keeping everything in balance and leading his team to keep CEEUS successful. He loves everything about the game of golf and is inspired to be better by watching his two children achieving their goals.

Rusty, a Georgia native, moved to South Carolina when he joined CEEUS in December of 2020. He graduated from Georgia Tech with degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and co-founded a business right out of college that designed, fabricated and tested custom mechanical and electrical systems for early stage products. While the last 16+ years of his career has been in the utility industry, each role he's held has allowed him to work on improving processes and introduce new concepts and systems to grow each company. Rusty is excited to build on his background to benefit and grow CEEUS to be an innovative and progressive partner in the industry. When not diving deep into new systems and learning new technologies, you can find him hanging out with his wife Tina and his three kids.

Stacy, a South Carolina native, grew up in Lexington, South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He has been in the electric industry since 2005 and has been with CEEUS since March 2017. He has held a few different roles while at CEEUS and loves that there is never a dull moment. He is motivated by competition and the challenge of pushing himself and his team to the next level. To stay productive, he likes to start early every morning and stays encouraged to be the best leader he can be by reading daily from his favorite author John C Maxwell. When he is relaxing you will find him playing golf, fishing on Lake Murray or watching his favorite sports teams.
