As luck would have it they went to visit a friend in Edmonton and they fell in love with Canada and soon after moved to start the family business... The idea for Mexico Lindo restaurant came from giving people the opportunity to take home authentic Mexican cuisine. They started small and simple creating Mexican dishes like burrito and flautas to sell at the farmers market.
