He possesses over 30 years of experience as advisor, lead consultant and trainer, lead auditor and lead assessor from diversified industrial sectors such as Service, Manufacturing, Aviation / Airport Services, Banking / Financial, Nuclear, Construction / Contracting / Fabrication, Education and Oil & Gas. His expertise includes Leadership, Corporate Governance, Management Systems including ISOs, TQM, Excellence Models, Strategic Mgmt, Risk Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt, BCMS, BSC, Benchmarking, Project Mgmt, BPM & BPR, Perception surveys, Service Excellence, Six Sigma & Lean, Performance Improvement teams, Suggestion schemes and various related subjects. Khurram holds PhD from UK, Master of Quality Management, Master's in applied Geology, 6 Sigma BB and trained in Japan for TQM. Khurram has presented 16 research papers in conferences which are published, and some are available on Google Scholar, Google, Yahoo, and You Tube. He has been adjunct faculty for many universities and chamber of commerce.
