Mrs Sargeant has been a teacher for the last 14 years and taught across a number of schools in the Great Yarmouth area before joining Cobholm Primary Academy Academy in 2016, where she is now the Head of School. Mrs Sargeant is passionate about supporting Cobholm and it's community and is particularly passionate about the development of early years education and phonics.

Mrs Williams is SENCo at Cobholm Primary Academy and Stradbroke Primary Academy. She joined Inspiration Trust in September 2020 and works closely with the school teams to provide support for the ever changing needs of pupils across all areas of SEND.
Prior to joining Inspiration Trust, Mrs Williams supported children with special educational needs since 2014 as a Learning Support Teacher and Assistant SENCo.
