Our strategic partner (MPC) has the expertise to dive down deep into the energies being consumed by various industrial processes in industries such as : steel and aluminum / refineries / automobile parts suppliers / tire manufacturers / chemical companies / distilleries / agricultural processing (ethanol, soybeans, corn, flour) / poultry, beef, and pork processors / and a host of other food manufacturers. By utilizing their proprietary software, AURA, we install energy-related data tag feeds from existing computerized control equipment for a particular process. This energy usage data is only a one-way data transfer to our monitoring software and we never have any interaction with the process controls. Our AURA Software allows us graph and benchmark existing energies being consumed versus new energy use profiles which eventually will show the energies that "should be being used" in the process, allowing us to quantify the energy savings that are occurring.
