A former Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Femi Johnson & Company Limited (FJC), Mr. Fatanmi joined FJC in 1973 and served as the Kano Office Manager, the Northern Area Manager and General Manager in charge of Lagos Office. In 1988, he joined the Board of Directors of Femi Johnson & Company as Executive Director in charge of Lagos operations. Whilst at Lagos, he was the arrow head of the Company's operations as almost 70% of the Company's income comes from his domain.
In 2001, history beckoned on Mr. Fatanmi when he replaced the late Alhaji L.O.B. Etti as the Managing Director of Femi Johnson & Company Limited. His tenure witnessed a dramatic turnaround in the fortune of the Company as so many accounts including MTN Nigeria were won. Mr. Fatanmi who, up till the moment is still very much loved not only by all staff, but also well respected by the entire industry, retired on the 31 st of December 2006 after putting in 33 years of meritorious service.
Mr. Fatanmi is a Fellow of the Nigerian Corporation of Registered Insurance Brokers and a happy family man.

Mr. Sanni started his Insurance career with the then Insurance Department of the Federal Ministry of Trade (now National Insurance Commission NAICOM) in 1977 and later joined African Alliance Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Superintendent. He rose to the position of a Deputy Manager before resigning to join Milverton Insurance Company Limited in 1987 as a General Manager. In 1991 Mr. Sanni became the pioneer Managing Director of Perpetual Assurance Company Limited and retired from the Company in 2001 after putting in 10 years of meritorious service. He was appointed a Director of City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited on the 30th of January 2009.
Mr. Sanni, who is also into Estate development and Hospitality Industry, is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria.

Miss Helen Timbofa Siasia is the officer in charge of Accounts and Admin Department. She started her career with City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited in 2013, after completing her internship training in Poise graduate finishing school from where she was seconded to the Company for her industrial attachment. She was subsequently retained in the Accounts and Admin Department after completing the Industrial attachment.

Miss Adebisi, an Executive Support Officer in the Technical Department is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria where she studied Insurance after first obtaining a Diploma Certificate also in Insurance from the same ABU. She worked as an Underwriting Staff at Nicon Insurance Plc where she handled general Underwriting duties including Policy preparation and claim processing. She was also a Clients' servicing officer in the Gusau branch of Nicon Insurance Plc.
Miss Adebisi moved to the Technical Department of City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited in January 2021as an Executive Support Officer handling rate negotiation, risks placements, Claim processing and other general Underwriting schedules.
A devout Muslim, a promising, and smart young Professional, Mariam is a student member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)

The Management team is led by Mr. Michael Ademola Oyeniyi with over 30 years experience in the Insurance Industry specializing in all aspects of Broking and Clients servicing. He worked briefly in the Pension Division of Great Nigeria Insurance Coy Limited between 1981 & 1984 before proceeding to the University for his first degree studies.
He joined Femi Johnson & Company Limited in 1992 and worked in Corporate Clients Service Division in various branches across the country before his transfer to the International Division in 2004 as Manager operating out of the Lagos Area Office.
Whilst at the international division, he handled the day-to-day servicing of MTN - the largest GSM Telecommunications Company in the country.
Mike who has a reputation for always going extra mile to satisfy his Clients was also the accounts handler for key Companies such as Citi Bank Group, United Parcel Service, Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited, National Eye Centre Kaduna, Plessey Nigeria Limited, Beta System Software Services Limited, etc
Mike left Femi Johnson & Company in 1988 to establish City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited along with other reputable Nigerian investors and the Company today is a respectable player in the Insurance Industry with a reputation for integrity and professionalism among many Underwriters and Co-Brokers.
Mike is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. He is a happy family man.
