Courtroom Boot Camp, LLC was created by three litigation professionals, attorneys Carlton Marcyan and Jeffrey Diamond, and forensic expert, Michael Kaplan. Their mission was to create an educational environment where trial attorneys could develop their skills in the presentation of expert witnesses and where expert witnesses could gain the skills necessary to be credible and persuasive experts... Intensive two and three-day programs designed to develop and enhance the skills of professionals who serve as expert witnesses and the attorneys who present and cross-examine them.
