Mark is a Crespo Team member with over 35 years of leadership and serving the needs of others. In that timespan, he has engaged with people as an ordained minister, a project manager, working in healthcare, and now as an agent for Crespo Insurance. Mark has a passion to reach people and make a difference on their behalf. He earned his undergraduate and graduate business degree from Roberts Wesleyan College. He utilizes his education and experience to providing expert client-support and outstanding customer care.
President and Owner, Orlando Crespo Sr. has worked in the retail customer service industry for 22 years and the insurance industry for 13 years. Following the Crespo family's life long legacy of service and love, Orlando's passion for serving others has been evident throughout his lifetime. He is your true partner in health and life insurance and strives to not allow anyone to do insurance alone. As a member of the Better Business Bureau, Orlando is committed to always doing what is the best interest of his clients.
Shaniqua has been working in the human services field for over 15 years. As a graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Organizational Management, minor in Nonprofit Development, Shaniqua has dedicated her career to helping and serving others. Currently, she is working for a nonprofit in Albany, NY as a Benefits Counselor, where she assist the disabled community with their benefits such as; Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid and other local/federal benefits. Her passion to help others is what drives her and she is dedicated in making a difference in her community and beyond.
