Arnaldo Rodriguez - President

Arnaldo joined CSI in 2002 as managing director of CSI Latina Financial, a holding company for CSI's Latin American subsidiaries. In addition to serving as CSI Latina Financial's president, he was promoted to president of CSI's international division in 2009, overseeing subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In 2016, he was named president, overseeing worldwide sales and marketing. Prior to CSI, Arnaldo was managing director at El Camino Resources de America Latina, Inc; associate director of lease finance at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC); and an analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Arnaldo received a bachelor's degree in business from Metropolitan College of New York (formerly Audrey Cohen College) in 1992. He also completed substantial graduate work at Long Island University.

Barry Naylor

Barry joined CSI in 2000 as managing director of CSI UK before being promoted to European director in 2008. In 2016, he was promoted to international controller and maintains responsibility for credit underwriting in our European operations. Prior to joining CSI, Barry worked in commercial lending. He received a bachelor's degree with honors in history and economics from the University of Lancaster in 1986 and received his Master of Business Administration specializing in financial services from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998.

Brian Wahoff - CIO

Brian was named CIO of CSI in 2023. As CIO, Brian oversees all IT operations, including infrastructure, information security, application development and the data warehouse. Prior to, he spent 27 years at EPC, CSI Leasing's wholly-owned subsidiary, where he most recently held the role of chief technology officer. During this time, Brian developed and was later lead architect on EPC's IT asset disposition (ITAD) system, Iinvision, created and maintained EPC's SecureTrack data handling processes, and designed EPC's information security program. He regularly speaks at information security and ITAD conferences and is considered a data destruction subject matter expert. Brian is a certified ethical hacker and has trained in forensic information gathering/management.

Carlos Milian

Carlos manages funding and syndications for all international business outside of the U.S. and Canada. He joined CSI in April 2003 as funding manager of CSI Latina Financial, mainly managing larger one-off transactions for the Latin American region. He was later named vice president of syndications, and then executive vice president of syndications for CSI Latina in 2010, managing all funding for the Latin region. Prior to CSI, Carlos was president of a small ticket finance company, mainly serving Latin American clients importing equipment from the U.S. with the support of the Export Import Bank of the United States Guarantee Program. Before this, Carlos held several key credit positions, mainly with fortune 500 companies, such as Carrier Corporation, Tech Data Corporation and Compaq Computer. Carlos received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Miami in 1988 with a major in finance.

Chas McDaniels

Chas joined CSI in 2001 as a credit analyst and, after a series of promotions, was named executive vice president and chief pricing officer in 2016. Prior to this, Chas managed the domestic credit department as CSI's senior vice president and United States chief credit officer. In his current role, he is responsible for setting lease pricing for the sales force and overseeing the portfolio management and commissions groups. Prior to joining CSI, Chas worked in the banking industry. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he also minored in economics, and his Masters of Business Administration in finance and accounting from Regis University.

Cheng Chiin Ong

Cheng Chiin Ong joined CSI as regional sales manager in 2011 overseeing portfolio management for the Asia Pacific region. In 2013, she was appointed regional sales director and subsequently chief commercial officer of the ASEAN region. In her current role as CEO and managing director, Cheng Chiin oversees the growth and development of CSI's operations throughout Asia Pacific. Prior to CSI, Cheng Chiin worked as both regional sales manager and country manager for Key Equipment Finance. She is a graduate of Tunku Abdul Rahman Business School and a member of the ICSA London.

Don Pratt - EVP

Don joined CSI in 1994 as a risk analyst. As chief credit officer, Don manages CSI's worldwide credit operations and policies. During his tenure, Don has been instrumental in establishing credit operations and policies in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific in concert with CSI's global expansion. Prior to joining CSI, Don worked in commercial lending. Don earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

Eric Ausubel

Eric joined CSI in 1987. As executive vice president of transaction finance, Eric is responsible for funding and syndications with respect to CSI's domestic lease transactions with more than 35 financial institutions throughout the U.S. Over the course of his career at CSI, Eric's expertise has been invaluable when building, maintaining and growing CSI's strong financial relationships. He earned his bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as an MBA from Washington University's Olin Business School.

Fred O'Neal - COO

Fred joined CSI in 1990 as vice president and treasurer. In 1994, he was promoted to senior vice president and then to executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2003. During that time, Fred oversaw the accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting areas of CSI. In 2016, Fred was named chief operating officer. Prior to CSI, Fred worked for Mark Twain Bancshares and was president of its leasing company. He also spent three years with Price Waterhouse. Fred is a Certified Public Accountant and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in 1979, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in 1987.

Janine Todd

Janine joined CSI in 1996 as director of accounting and was promoted to senior vice president of accounting in 2015. She is responsible for consolidated financial reporting and manages a team of accounting professionals responsible for corporate and international accounting, tax and accounts payable. Prior to CSI, Janine was an audit manager at Ernst & Young. She received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988 and Master of Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1991. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Javier Heredia

Javier joined CSI Renting in 2002 as financial manager and was promoted to country manager in 2005. After successfully growing and leading CSI Renting de Tecnología over several years, Javier was promoted to regional manager Southern Europe in 2011 and then to senior managing director for Europe in 2016. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector and a solid team-building mentality, Javier has successfully expanded and grown CSI's businesses in the region. Javier holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Barcelona. He also obtained a master's degree in Finance from ESADE Business School and completed the Management Development Program of IESE Business School.

Jeanne Norris - CHRO

Jeanne joined CSI in 2002 as vice president of human resources and was promoted to senior vice president in 2015. She is responsible for leading CSI's human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee training, compensation and benefits, wellness initiatives, and building a corporate culture. Prior to CSI, Jeanne was vice president of human resources for Meridian Enterprises. Jeanne received a master's degree in applied psychology in 1987 and a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1979 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Jeffrey Rousseau

Jeff joined CSI in 2000 as a corporate attorney and was named executive vice president of global business development in 2019. He has served in a management role with CSI's international group since 2007 and continues to oversee CSI's merger and acquisition team. Prior to joining CSI, he practiced business law in St. Louis. Jeff received a bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the bars of the States of Florida, Illinois and Missouri.

Joan Kersting - SVP

Joan joined CSI in 1990 as corporate counsel. In her current role, she oversees all U.S. and Canadian contract preparation, along with CSI's lease administration and lease return management functions. Prior to joining CSI, she was corporate counsel at First Nationwide Bank. She received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1980 and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1983. Joan is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Lorraine Cherrick - Chief Legal Officer, EVP, Secretary

Lorraine joined CSI in 1986 as an attorney and was promoted to associate general counsel in 1987 and to general counsel in 1999. In her current position, Lorraine oversees all of CSI's legal matters, as well as the human resources, lease administration and lease management functions. Prior to joining CSI, she was an in-house lawyer for Exxon Company, U.S.A. in Houston, Texas. She received a bachelor's degree in classical languages and literature from Yale University in 1972 and a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law in 1981. Lorraine is a member of the bars of the States of Missouri and Texas.

Manuel Ortiz - COO, President

Manuel joined CSI in 2001 to develop the CSI's Latin American markets through its affiliates in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Today, CSI Latina Financial manages several vendor programs for IT and telecom manufacturers with high penetration rates and originates over $250 million a year through vendor programs and direct sales relationships with corporate accounts. Manuel manages the P&L of several companies in 12 countries with more than $600 million in assets and has worked in developing the leasing markets in 14 different countries. Prior to CSI, he was director of finance and syndications for El Camino Resources de America Latina. Manuel received a degree in electronic engineering in 1985 and an MBA in finance in 1990 from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Marina Biro

Marina joined CSI in 2016 as director of internal audit and is the chief audit executive for all of CSI's subsidiaries around the world. During her tenure with CSI, Marina developed the internal audit function, increasing CSI's assurance and risk management capabilities. She actively works with CSI's board of directors and parent company, Tokyo Century Corporation, to ensure appropriate controls are in place and to explain CSI's business environment and risks. Prior to CSI, Marina held internal auditing roles at Graybar Electric, Savvis, Heritage Home Group (formerly Furniture Brands International) and Deloitte. A native of Brazil, Marina earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a bachelor's degree in accounting from Faculdade Sumaré. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Masa Hiraga - SVP

Masa joined CSI's board of directors in 2019 and is based in St. Louis. Prior to, he was general manager of international business unit at Tokyo Century. He has also worked at Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank., Ltd., mainly in the corporate finance, institutional banking and treasury management, and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (equivalent to the State Department in the U.S.), where he was in charge of economic cooperation and Official Development Assistance. In addition to St. Louis, he has worked in Los Angeles for six years, New York for one year, and London for three and a half years. He was licensed as a financial professional by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)/PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority) as a SM&CR (The Senior Managers and Certification Regime) while working in London. Masa received a bachelor's degree in commerce from Waseda University in Tokyo in 1989. He is currently a board member of the Japan America Society of St. Louis and vice chairman of St. Louis Japan Society.

Pat Laughlin

Pat joined EPC, CSI's remarketing and recycling subsidiary, in 2002 as senior vice president, a role he held until being named president in 2022. Throughout his tenure, he has led several major initiatives, including price structure analysis, facility expansions, research and development for new service offerings, and more. As president, Pat oversees all of EPC's U.S. operations and works closely with CSI Leasing and EPC's sister companies around the world to ensure standards are consistently met across all business units. Prior to EPC, he was a product manager for CSI Leasing for 9 years. Pat earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Missouri.

Patrick Gloriod - EVP

Patrick joined CSI in 1999 as a staff accountant in St. Louis. Quickly switching career paths, he became an account executive in 2000, covering Georgia and the Carolinas. He moved to Atlanta in 2004 where he continues to live today. In 2015, Patrick became senior vice president and district manager of sales. He was promoted to national sales manager in 2017, overseeing sales and marketing throughout the U.S. and Canada. In 2019, he was named executive vice president. Numerous times throughout his tenure, he has been one of CSI's top performing sales executives. Patrick is a former board member of the Peachtree City Little League, a team that he coached to the World Series in 2018. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rockhurst College in Kansas City in 1999.

Paul Keefe - CFO, EVP

Paul joined CSI in 2003 as international controller before becoming chief financial officer in 2016. He oversees the accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting areas of CSI. Prior to CSI, Paul was a finance director for El Camino Resources Argentina in Buenos Aires and a manager of financial analysis with Bristol-Myers Squibb. Paul is a certified public accountant that began his career at Ernst & Young. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School in 1993.

Rachel Fick

Rachel joined CSI in 2006 and has held various marketing-related roles throughout her tenure. In her current role, as senior vice president of global marketing, she leads a team of creatives to develop and implement branding, marketing and communication strategies around the world. Additionally, she works closely with CSI's bank and vendor alliances to create cohesive, effective and mutually-beneficial joint campaigns. Prior to CSI, Rachel worked for St. Louis Public Radio and Weintraub Advertising. She has a master's degree in communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Central Missouri.

Simi Thapar

As an industry veteran, Simi joined CSI at the end of 2020 as chief country officer of the newly formed subsidiary in India. With more than two decades of experience in the equipment leasing industry, she has specialized in asset financing, project and commercial loans, advisory services, and structured and digital lending solutions. She has been a speaker and panelist at various industry forums in India, USA, Hongkong, Singapore, Dubai and London for talks on asset financing, leasing solutions, women leadership and women in BFSI. Before joining CSI, she was the business head of equipment finance and leasing solutions at Tata Capital Financial Services Limited in Mumbai, India. Simi was responsible for establishing the Leasing business at Tata Capital, integrating business verticals, managing its P&L for eight years, and building a sustainable business that yielded strong ROE. Simi earned a master's degree from the University of Mumbai, diploma from ICFAI, and a master's degree ‘Executive Master in Change' from INSEAD Singapore in 2021.

Steve Hamilton - CEO, Chairman

Steve joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney before becoming general counsel in 1988. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI's international expansion to Europe, Latin America, and Asia until becoming president and COO in 2008. In 2016, he was named vice chairman and CEO, then chairman in 2018. Prior to CSI, Steve was an associate with law firm Susman, Schermer, Rimmel & Parker and a clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., on the Missouri Court of Appeals. He serves on the College of Business Leadership Council at the University of Missouri - St Louis, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1977. Steve also received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in 1980. In 2022, he was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Steve was also the recipient of the Distinguished Career Achiever Award at the 2013 Salute to Business Achievement Awards presented by the UMSL College of Business. Steve is a member of the Regional Business Council of St. Louis.

Tom Brown - Chief Compliance Officer

Tom joined CSI in 1999 as assistant general counsel, responsible for litigation, bankruptcy and collection matters, along with lease contract preparation. In 2001, as CSI began its global expansion, he moved to the UK where he assumed the role of assistant general manager to oversee the company's newly established subsidiary. While in the UK, Tom established valuable vender and funding relationships and expanded the customer base. He moved back to the U.S. in 2003, becoming vice president of acquisitions and internal operations, a role he held until 2010 when he relocated to Singapore to manage CSI's Asia Pacific region. In 2016, Tom became chief compliance officer and is responsible for ensuring that CSI and its employees are complying with applicable external regulations and internal policies. In 2021, Tom formed CSI's ESG committee and currently leads all related initiatives. Prior to CSI, Tom was an attorney at Lathrop & Gage LLP and Thompson Coburn LLP. He received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in 1993 and a bachelor's degree in history from William Jewell College in 1990.

Toshio Kitamura

Toshio moved to St. Louis from Tokyo in 2015 to join CSI's board of directors on behalf of Tokyo Century Corporation. In 2020, he moved back to Tokyo and remains vice chairman. In addition, he is managing executive officer, president of international business development & international business unit, responsible for oversight and development of the entire international business of TC. Prior to moving to St. Louis, he was deputy department president and general manager of Tokyo Century. He has also worked for Mizuho Corporate Bank, CIT Group and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. Toshio received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo in 1986.
