• Intensive Care Specialist

Dr Ashwin Subramaniam is an Intensive Care Specialist who has a passion for education and simulation. He is the Director of Intensive Care Unit in The Bays Hospital, Mornington. He is currently undertaking Post Grad Diploma of Clinical Education. He was the Chair of VICEN (2015-16). He was the Simulation Medical Lead of Peninsula Health (2016-17). He has been the convenor and faculty on numerous course including BASIC, Very BASIC, Beyond BASIC (Airway and Mechanical Ventilation) and SAFE courses.

Dr Maximilian (Max) Moser is an Intensive Care Specialist and Supervisor of Training at Box Hill, Maroondah and The Bays Hospitals in Melbourne. He is passionate about teaching and has completed a Post Grad Diploma of Clinical Education. He is the ICU Simulation Medical lead at Box Hill Hospital, and has completed the Harvard course on simulation and debriefing. He has been convenor and faculty on numerous courses including BASIC and the ICE course.

Dr Yogesh Apte is a Senior Staff ICU Specialist, CICM SOT and Medical Lead for Simulation at Caboolture Hospital, QLD. He has a passion for teaching, simulation and debriefing. He has completed Master of Clinical Education (EXCiTE, Uni of Melbourne), as well as Harvard Basic Simulation Instructor and Advanced Debriefing courses and is an ARC accredited ALS instructor. He has been the convenor of ABC of Critical Skills Workshop since 2009 and a faculty at various courses including BASIC (RBWH), SAFE Course (Nepean), SMACC (Gold Coast), BICEC (Bala's course), ISCCM (India) etc.
