Delta Transport Ltd was established in 1996 as a forwarding company, performing container transports from Bulgaria through the ports of Thessaloniki, Piraeus, Burgas, Varna, and Constanta to destinations all over the world... As a result of the dynamic development of container transport within Delta Transport Ltd, a new company - Delta Shipping Ltd, was established in 1999, working exclusively as a container operator with its own specialized transport vehicles, lifting equipment, warehouse, and an open terminal for container storage... As the owner of the first private Container Terminal in Sofia, Delta Transport Ltd offers round-the-clock service - storage, loading, unloading, transshipment, marking, cleaning, and minor repairs of containers, parking for heavy trucks, and security. The terminal area is 13,000 sq.m., with a capacity of about 800 TEU.
