When we launched Detour in 2017, our vision was to create a venue that encouraged guests to embrace the sharing nature of all dining experiences by offering share plates that can be enjoyed together providing exciting dishes that prompt conversation. We decided to create a menu that provides a selection of dishes that cater for everyone, regardless of their dietary requirements... We wanted Detour to forge its own identity in the Brisbane dining scene as a destination that facilitates differing dietary preferences and provides the opportunity to experience something beyond imagination... Detour provides function packages to suit all occasions, and dietary requirements.
