dibble & grub is an independantly owned restaurant opened in 2003. Since then our small cafe has developed in many ways, but our driving motivation for originality and quality remain the same... dibble & grub is a restaurant & bar on Porthcressa beach in Hugh Town specialising in Mediterranean cuisine... In the evening we serve a tapas menu where you can choose a selection of exciting dishes to share or opt for one of our chef's suggestions and just sit back and enjoy.
