Ahmad Hartono - President

Ahmad Hartono or better known as Hartono is the President Director Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Brawijaya University and has 27 years of career at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, of which 18 years are filled with experience in the field of corporate planning, both in the DATEL, Regional, and Directorate scopes. In addition, he also held several strategic positions, including Vice President Enterprise Planning Strategy and Vice President Enterprise Business Strategy at the Directorate of Business and Enterprise Service Telkom Group, and most recently served as Director of Finance & Risk Management at PT. Finnet Indonesia in mid-2021, before finally being elected as President Director of Digiserve starting November 8, 2021. Currently, he is in charge of the Corporate Secretary, HR & Procurement Division, and GTE, Product & Solution, and ITBA Digiserve.

Bogi Witjaksono - President

Bogi Witjaksono was appointed as telkomtelstra's President Commissioner in July 2019. He is also the current Director of Enterprise & Business Service at PT Telkom Indonesia and President Commissioner of Telkom Metra. Prior to these roles, Bogi served in various key positions within the Telkom Indonesia Group, such as Chief Executive Officer at Patrakom (2015-2019), Managing Director at PT Metrasat (2012-2019), and General Manager Operations at PT Metrasat (2009-2012). Born in Surabaya, Bogi completed his post-graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1995.

Buddy Restiady - Chief Risk Officer

Buddy Restiady, or who is familiarly called Budrest, joined Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia as Director of Finance & Risk Management in April 2022. He completed his undergraduate education from Civil Engineering at Parahyangan University in 1997, then he continued his Master of Management program majoring in Marketing in 2002 at the campus same one. Having a career in the Telkom Group, he held a strategic position as AVP Enterprise Performance Analysis, EBIS Directorate of PT Telkom from 2016 to 2022. Budrest is also noted to have attended a number of non-formal education and certifications, including TCIMF Marketing Certification, CPM Asia Certification, GTP Wibro# 3 Japan, ILC BOD - NUS Business School Batch 3, ICOFR for Senior Leader, Apple & Orange - Business Simulation, OKR Champion, and Webinar on Prevention of Radicalism in the Workplace.

Irwan Andriyanto Nugroho - President

Irwan Andriyanto Nugroho joined Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia as President Commissioner in Januari 2024. After completing his undergraduate education from Industrial Engineering - STT Telkom Bandung in 1996, Irwan then continued his Masters Program in Financial Management, Trisakti University in 2005 and in Strategic Intelligence Studies, University of Indonesia in 2006. Various careers at Telkom Indonesia have been carried out for more than 20 years including a number of strategic such as AVP Enterprise Sales & Marketing, AVP Enterprise Compliance & Change Management, President Commissioner of Bosnet Distribution Indonesia, and currently serves as VP of Enterprise Business Strategy since 2021.

Mark Howard - COO

Mark is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at telkomtelstra. In his role as COO, Mark is responsible for the operational functions of the joint venture, including Customer Excellence, IT Operations & Delivery, Customer Delivery, Product Operations, and the Technology & Partnership team. Mark joined telkomtelstra in January 2018 as the Special Adviser and General Manager of Product Management. In 2019 he established the Professional Services team to support our Cloud, Security and Network portfolios. Prior to his secondment to telkomtelstra, Mark was the Global Head of Managed Networks & Security Services for Telstra, based in Singapore. An international telecoms professional with over 25 years' experience spanning Asian, North American, European and African markets. Mark brings a solid blend of commercial, financial and technical skills developed across a broad range of disciplines including Product and Program Management, Strategy, Finance, and Business Development.

Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid

Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid joined Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia as Commissioner in June 2023. He completed his bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering and the Master's in Management and Business Administration program at the Bandung Institute of Technology with cum laude predicate. Besides that, he also took the program of Executive Education in Innovation and Growth course from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Executive Education in Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures from Harvard Business School. Fajrin is also the co-founder of Bukalapak, one of the startup unicorns in Indonesia, and was awarded the Satyalancana Wira Karya award by President Joko Widodo. He was also awarded the Best Chief Digital Business Officer by Itech and as a Fortune 40 Under 40. Currently, Fajrin has served as Director of Digital Business at Telkom Indonesia since 2020.

Pak Suryatin

Pak Suryatin is a career telco executive in Indonesia having worked extensively with Telkom across a range of areas in their business. Pak Suryatin graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1980 and then began his career with Telkom as an engineer. He subsequently became the GM of Product Development for one of the Telkom subsidiaries, followed by a number of roles including Chief of Planning and Development of Information Technology, Head of Research and Technology, Director of Network Service Business, Director of Service Business. He also spent 2 years outside Telkom as a team leader of a Software Development Team at the Centre of Research and Development for Siemens in Germany.
