AMY CARTER

Amy Carter is an experienced realtor with a passion for providing excellent client service and a positive home buying process. Her motto is "moving you forward" and she works hard every day to help those around her in this way - whether that is finding a client the best house to call home or supporting fellow realtors in building their business. Amy currently serves as the Director of Sales and Agent Support for Divine Fog Realty. In this position, Amy leverages her experience and expertise to support 60+ agents in their real estate endeavors and help them build the foundation of a successful business. She is a certified John Maxwell leadership coach, and also works as a trainer for Divine Fog. She is dedicated to helping Divine Fog grow authentically and continue to be a top-performing realty group. Community is of the utmost importance to Amy. Currently, she is serving as the Chairperson for Divine Fog Serves, a non-profit organization that supports local heroes in the southwestern Virginia community. Amy is also a member of several local organizations focused on community empowerment, betterment, and connection. Amy has been recognized numerous times for her work both as a realtor and community leader. She was awarded the 2020 Gold Award for Reader's Choice Favorite Realtor - a testament to her skills as a realtor and also her commitment to her community. Chelsea Dyer

Chelsea is a Roanoke Valley native and graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Building Construction and minor in Real Estate. Her initial interest in real estate was sparked by her grandmother, who was a long-time agent. Prior to starting her career in real estate, she worked for a commercial construction company in multiple roles. Chelsea started her real estate career in 2011. In 2019 she obtained her Associate Broker's license. In addition to real estate, Chelsea also has a "Class A" contractor's license, does renovations for clients, and rehabs houses. Chelsea is a member of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley where she has served in leadership positions. She also serves on multiple Roanoke Association of Realtors committees, and is a member of the Salem Sports Foundation where she serves on the board. Chelsea has been married to her husband, Teddy since 2012. They have two children, Isaac and Austyn.

FRANCES BOOKER

Born and raised in Central Virginia, our Co-Founder and President of Property Management, Frances P. Booker CPO SHCM C3P, is a Licensed Realtor and an Award Winning Property Manager that brings over 16 years of management experience, with some of the largest property management companies in the United States, and the state of Virginia. As a site manager with Winn Residential, the 5th largest property firm in the United States, Frances has managed some of the largest and most difficult property sites in Central Virginia. As a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) she has been sought out to take over large communities that were being mismanaged with occupancy rates falling below 80%. She successfully took over those properties and brought occupancy up to 99% and was able to maintain those rate during her management. She has worked closely with the police department, helping to curb criminal activity in the communities she has managed. Turning them into safe places for her residents to live. Frances has over a decade of experience working closely with Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) helping facilitate REAC inspections, and physical and file audits for program compliance.

Founder and Principle Broker of Divine Fog Realty Company, Scottie Booker, brings over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family sales. He was a member of Century 21 All-Service's Platinum Club(the highest award for sales volume) for 6 years in a row. In 2015-2016 Scottie had a sales portfolio of over $100 million in off-market Class A inventory that consisted of over 730 Apartment Units in Central Virginia. His experience across all of the real estate sectors, as well as owning his own real estate investment firm, which has provided rehabilitation, construction services, and resale, has allowed him to be one of the premiere real estate investment advisors in our region. He credits his strong faith in God, adherence to biblical principles while doing business, as the source of his success.

STEPHANIE VARNEY

With a background in marketing, finance, and property management, Stephanie has the skills and experience to help you make the right decisions - whether buying or selling a home. Her commitment to personal service and utilization of the latest technologies will ensure the best experience possible, as her clients will attest. In fact, since beginning her career as a REALTOR she has won multiple awards, including REALTOR of the Year. Stephanie is most proud of the Service Awards that she has won as a result of numerous customer satisfaction surveys! Stephanie has been a top-producing agent since 2008. Prior to becoming a REALTOR Stephanie worked for a property management company in Seattle WA where she was responsible for leasing apartment homes, contracts and collections, leading the maintenance team to win "Most Improved Property" in the Pacific Northwest, as awarded by FOR RENT Magazine. She also worked with furniture and home design companies to stage vacant properties for tours. After moving from the Northwest, Stephanie spent nine years working with a finance management company where she marketed and developed new sales territories for the company, as well as focusing on servicing existing clients accounts. She left there as the Senior Regional Account Manager, and still maintains contact with her colleagues and clients. On a personal note, Stephanie is married to her husband of more than 20 years, Curtis. They have one daughter in middle school and live on a country road in Franklin County, VA. Stephanie and Curtis have lived in various states due to job transfers and Curtis' service in the United States Navy. They are both native to Virginia, and chose the beautiful Roanoke Valley as the place to "settle down". Stephanie enjoys boating on Smith Mountain Lake, scuba diving, cooking, and interior design.
