AVIV RUBIN

Aviv Rubin has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and finance. Aviv moved to Colorado in 2016 to pursue investment opportunities throughout the state. Previously he has held roles at Altisource Portfolio Solutions, FirstKey Lending, and Johnson Capital. Aviv earned a BS in finance from San Diego State University and an MS degree in real estate from the University of Denver. Outside of work Aviv enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors in the mountains and at the beach.

BRIAN KEESLING

Brian has three years of commercial real estate experience. He has previously held property accounting roles at Cardinal Group and EverWest Real Estate Investors. Brian graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance, and then worked in hedge fund accounting for three years before transitioning to real estate. He enjoys skiing, golf, tennis and spending time in the mountains.

MATTHEW VANDAL

Matthew Vandal has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2008. His work has included acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, asset management, portfolio valuations for major public and private institutions, and other advisory services. Matthew previously held positions at Sognare Partners, NexGen Properties and Integra Realty Resources prior to cofounding DoubleBay Partners. Matthew graduated from the University of Denver with a BS in finance and real estate. He enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time in the mountains with his wife, baby boy and two dogs.
