Amit has been a founding member of the Wealth Management team at Dvara Solutions since May 2009. Currently he heads the Business Intelligence and Wealth Management teams at Dvara Solutions. He created ‘Dvara Solutions' state of the art wealth management tool - ‘Financial Wellbeing Report' that is aimed at offering high-quality financial advice to households and enterprises. Amit also has high expertise in working with large data sets and the development of web-based software applications. Amit has co-authored a book titled 'Financial Engineering for Low Income Households', with Bindu Ananth, Chair, Dvara Trust. Prior to joining Dvara, he was with HDFC Bank working with the Credit Policy for Credit Cards and Merchant Acquiring Business for a year. He is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and has a Masters in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Gujarat.

Kapil was one of the founding members of i-exceed, a company dedicated to developing technological application and services, where he managed the organization's product development initiative. Prior to i-exceed, he has had 20 years of specialization in leading, managing and implementing different stages of product life cycles for multiple products of one of the financial sector's most successful banking product suites - FLEXCUBE. Kapil holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Power Engineering from IIT Madras and an M.Tech degree in Integrated Electronic Circuits Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Prashant Jain currently heads the Engineering team at Dvara Solutions. He is a seasoned professional with 25 years of rich experience in banking technology. Prashant's journey commenced in the year 2000 with i-flex Solutions Ltd, a pioneering force in banking technology later acquired by Oracle. Over the span of 22 years with i-flex and Oracle Financial Services, he undertook diverse roles encompassing development, implementation, support, and project management. Throughout this period, he contributed to over 20 projects across different regions globally, honing his skills and gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of banking technology. Prashant had spent 2 years with Mashreq Bank, a leading financial institution with operations spanning six regions in the Middle East, including a branch in Mumbai, India. At Mashreq, he assumed the responsibility of managing a team for production support for back-office Flexcube, ensuring round-the-clock support to the bank's critical operations. Prashant has a master's degree from IIT, Kharagpur. Beyond his professional endeavours, Prashant finds solace and fulfilment in two main activities during his leisure time. Samir is the Executive Vice-Chair and Co-Founder of Dvara Holdings. He oversees the strategic direction of Dvara Holdings' mission of financial inclusion and manages the portfolio of group companies, with over three decades of experience in building institutions and market infrastructure. Prior to joining Dvara Holdings, he was the Managing Director & CEO of NCDEX, India's largest agri focused commodities exchange. During his tenure, the exchange had transformational impact on India's agri economy through various technology and digital initiatives. He also worked closely with the warehouse regulator WDRA and the capital markets regulator SEBI to launch National E-Repository Limited (NeRL) to provide India's first repository services for electronic negotiable warehouse receipts, which farmers can use to avail formal sector agri credit. Before NCDEX, he was the Chief Business Officer of the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX). At DGCX he led the growth of the exchange to make it the one of fastest growing exchange in the world, winning several global awards, amongst them were Contract of the Year and the Best Commodity Exchange in 2012. Prior to this, he worked at global information company Thomson Reuters for 17 years, where he held various capacities including being the Global Head of Business Planning and Operations for a new inside-Sales unit at Thomson Reuters called Direct; also led Reuters' India operations as the Managing Director in South Asia. Samir began his career as an investment banker in Mumbai helping companies unlock value through public offerings and buy-out deals. He is an MBA in Finance, a Mechanical Engineer and has completed an Advanced Management Program from Wharton.

Vijay is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Dvara Solutions. Vijay is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of comprehensive Sales, Marketing and Leadership experience in the Financial Information, Tax and Technology sectors. In his most recent role at Taxsutra, Vijay was responsible for Revenue Retention and Growth. In his previous role at Thomson Reuters, Vijay was the head of Strategic Marketing in India. Vijay was responsible for building and execution of the Enterprise Marketing function at Thomson Reuters for their four key business units, namely Financial, Risk, Tax and Legal. In addition to his record of performance in his functional roles, both within India and within the larger Asia Pacific region, Vijay is passionate about core communication skills, and is a certified trainer. Vijay is a regular speaker on Brand and Customer experience and is a master at story telling. He lives in Mumbai with his wife and two children. Having graduated from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Vijay is passionate about food and cricket.
