Customers have learned to trust ECOMMBX fully, as it is a regulated EMI working diligently with major correspondent banks such as City Bank, Alpha Bank, and others. I joined ECOMMBX in 2017 in the capacity of Chief Payments Officer. Since then, I have set up the company's Swift and Payments department as well as the dealing and treasury departments. I also enjoyed the opportunity to train my colleagues in buying and selling currencies and investing in treasury bills and sovereign bonds. Thanks to my extensive experience in banking and IT in combination with my previous role as a member of the reengineering team of Hellenic Bank that worked closely with Mckinsey & Company, I was recently rewarded with the new role of Chief Automation Officer at ECOMMBX. Now my duties include the streamlining and automation of business processes, in an effort to eliminate any unnecessary bureaucracy in order to improve business performance and our customers' overall user experience.
