ELEVATE LIFE

Elevate Life is an initiative of Discovery Trust, registered charity no. 283533, that helps to transform the stories of those young people who struggle with anxiety, isolation and a range of other mental health issues. Our #BeOK programmes delivered through our fun and interactive Elevate Hubs use effective interventions, help young people learn coping strategies, promote wellness and enable young people to rewrite their own, sometimes difficult, stories. These programmes are used in conjunction with NHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) programmes... Elevate Life provides guides for schools, youth groups and local authorities to enable the successful running of an Elevate Hub, supporting primary and secondary aged pupils with their mental health and wellbeing.
