David Montesi - President

With a disciplined background, starting with his years of service in the United States Marine Corps, David learned to predict issues and adapt to situations while keeping a clear focus. David has over Twenty years in the industry catering his career to some of the most prestigious clients like Badgley Mischka, Ralph Lauren, East River Partners, Urban Health, Tishman Speyer and SL Green. David Montesi started his career in the construction industry in the plan room for York Hunter where he created the procedures by which the company trained and ran the department. Very quickly working his way up from assistant PM/Super to Project Superintendent managing projects both in NJ and NYC. Prior to York Hunter closing, David archived the role of Project Manager running the SCA program, which started with the first contracts at 20 million to a total of 100+ million a year. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President who still to this day is a close colleague. Mr. Montesi's attention to detail has resulted in Empire's success. To date, all the major clients are repeat clients, which have come to trust in both the firms' abilities and the team, which Mr. Montesi has put together to accomplish the work.

Jonathan Palazzolo

Mr. Palazzzolo has been in the construction industry and real estate development for 12 years. During this time Mr. Palazzolo has directed infrastructure projects, out of the ground commercial buildings and fast-tracked interior spaces. Jonathan graduated from NYIT with a BS in Finance and specializes in the implementation or proactive investor relations' programs for the public companies, including crisis communications and IPO's. In additional to his accolades in finance, Mr. Palazzolo has solid experience building projects from the ground up. Working with a close family member who formerly served as an executive member of the NYC Housing Authority, Mr. Palazzolo served as General Contractor and eventually utilized those skills to open is own GC Company, Pointe All Phase Contracting. Pointe successfully sub-contracted for three of the largest construction companies on Long Island.

Nicole Montesi

Nicole's roll at empire group is to assist with daily operations and work with the project team to bridge the communications between design and client. Paperwork is a critical part of how to manage expectations and she is a key part. It is through volunteer work with the community and her college degrees that she has developed the skills to be successful in her position with Empire Group New york City. She has worked for political fundraisers, Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society. Her degrees are in Marketing and Finance.

Richard Delgado - VP

Richard has gained and maintained a reputation for estimating & purchasing commercial infrastructure renovations for New York City Buildings in need of modernization for the past 40 years. By working closely with Architects and Engineering Consultants has been able to develop and implement Value Engineering Alternatives for Fortune 500 Clients. He also provides Clients with conceptual budgets at the pre-construction phase when drawings exist in order to provide boundaries for the architectural and MEP teams. His involvement includes coordination with NYC Agencies to secure all Zoning, Planning, Building Department Permits and Approvals as well as Local 79 labor negotiations.
