Clodagh Erasmus is a Life, Executive and Career Coach who is hugely passionate about seeing people reach their full potential. Clodagh spent over fifteen years working in sales and marketing in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industry and has worked with a diverse range of people, at all levels.
She helps her clients figure out what is most important to them. Her Life & Career Coaching Service is something she is hugely passionate about. She takes a holistic approach to career coaching and recognises that there are so many factors which can influence your decision-making process.

Collette Bryson established Engage Life Coaching in 2018 after a 20-year career as a solicitor. Since then, her focus has been on career coaching and in particular career development, career transition and career change. She has helped numerous people who are job seeking find their direction and regain the confidence to apply for, interview for and be offered the job they want. Collette is a strong believer in the natural potential of others and the power of positive thinking. Her practical, supportive and personal approach helps clients set and reach their goals.
Collette provides personalised one-to-one coaching, online programs, CV and interview preparation, psychometric assessment as well as webinars and workshops.
Collette holds a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from Positive Success Group and a Certificate in Career Coaching from Irish Lifecoach Institute. She is also a qualified mediator.
Gillian is originally from Limerick but Cork has been her home for the last 20 years. As well as running her own Training & Coaching practice, she is mum to three children - Eoin, Katie and Fionn.
Gillian has hands on experience of building and maintaining a career that's fulfilling while working around the needs of her family. She understands the challenges that a return to work transition can bring. She also understands the ever- shifting balance that is being a working mother.
Gillian supports EmployMum and EmployFlex by providing Return to Work related workshops and individual coaching. Gillian leverages a strengths based approach - an experience that leaves clients feeling empowered, energised and looking forward.
With over 18 years experience in Training, Coaching and People Development, Gillian's facilitation & coaching styles are personable, authentic and impactful. She has benefited from her experience in Multinationals, Small to Medium Business and the Public Sector and has rich experience in supporting her private clients.

Karen is a qualified accountant who returned to Ireland after being abroad for nearly 20 years and with her husband working away she wanted to be there for her two small children. When she couldn't find flexible work, she set up Employmum to help others like her find flexible work.
Karen had won many awards for her work in levelling the playing field in the workplace and is passionate about equality for all in work.
She is currently studying for a masters in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

She fully understands all too well the challenges and stresses of a working mother and the impact on wellbeing. Mum of two, she transitioned from a 15-year career in the pharmaceutical industry to become a qualified yoga & meditation teacher. She incorporates these tools into her coaching to allow her clients improve their self-awareness, get clarity and calm back.
Suzanne works online with clients individually and in groups, to understand and support the development of working mums. She helps them to enjoy a full & happy life while not leaving themselves behind.

Valerie O'Hanlon is an award winning Career Coach based in Limerick. Originally from Dublin, Valerie settled in Limerick following a number of years working as an Entertainer with Shannon Heritage. Valerie has 30 years' experience working in a number of varying industries and roles including Media, Hospitality, Banking, Manufacturing and Education! She has been self-employed since 2014.
