Charles-Henri Brunet, founder of Espace, acts as president and businessman since 1992. He has worked at all stages on numerous commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. With over 30 years of work experience in the field of construction, he guides and supports the management team in the construction related activities such as planning, estimating, contract administration, cost control, quality control and overall project coordination.

Jean Saba joined Espace in 1999 as Vice President of development, with work experience in the fields of architecture and construction. Over the past 30 years, he held several key positions in the administration and management of projects in the commercial, institutional, industrial and residential sectors. As Vice President of development and Project Director, he worked at all stages of the projects, first preparations for planning, monitoring of construction activities and the overall coordination of the projects.
Architect, member of the OAQ and LEED® Associate, Mr. Saba combines this discipline to his in-depth knowledge and practices of the construction industry.
