Bud Leffel spent 35 plus years in the Insurance Business. He pioneered a unique marketing program through life insurance sales with sponsored financial institutions throughout the Midwest. As President of his marketing company, American Bankers Insurance Services, Inc., they developed the program, recruited salespeople, trained them and was the leading organization each year for all the companies they represented.
He led the nation as "New Agent of the Year" his first year in the business with a Nationally known Insurance Company at 21 years of age. He has been honored by Insurance Salesmen Magazine, The National Association of Life Insurance Companies, and a special all-time achievement award for 18 years of consistently leading the nation in overall production for their major Insurance Carrier.

Steve Miedema is founder and owner of First National Business Corporation (FNBC) of Ohio, a fully accredited affiliate office of the United States Business Brokers, Inc network of premier business brokerage offices. FNBC Ohio actively lists and sells businesses of all kinds, all sizes and all prices throughout the Sandusky, Cleveland, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Steve also is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Ohio, allowing him to list and sell real estate related to the businesses he lists and sells. A native of Northern Ohio, Steve has had wide management experience, including serving as Division Manager of a worldwide paper manufacturing and distribution company. In that capacity Steve successfully completed integration of multiple facilities, with combined sales of $25 million, serving at various times in his career as General Manager, Administration and Credit Manager, and Operations Manager. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, with major emphasis in Finance.

Tom is the owner and CEO of FNBC and its affiliated companies based in Springfield, MO.
Tom has a varied background, rich in both franchised and independent business ownership.
From 1975 to 1985 he owned and operated a chain of dry cleaning plants in the greater Kansas City area. In addition he owned the Coit Drapery and Carpet Cleaning franchise and the Home Rug Cleaning Co. from 1983-1988. He successfully sold these businesses during the 1980s and is proud to report that the buyers were also successful in the businesses. Good sales make everyone happy.
