Declan has over 25 years experience as a practising solicitor having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 1992. Declan qualified as a tax adviser in 1993 and is a registered tax adviser and a member of the Irish Tax Institute.
After qualification as a solicitor and tax adviser, Declan worked for Murray Sweeney Solicitors a commercial legal firm based in Limerick and for a period with The International Department of the Swedish National Tax Board in Stockholm. Subsequently, Declan joined Bank of America in Dublin as a compliance officer.
In 1996 Declan established Flynn Solicitors which provides general legal services to both private and corporate clients. Declan manages all aspects of property transactions, wills and probate, taxation and commercial matters.
Kamila first joined us in July 2017 when she commenced her University College Cork placement. She joined us again in May 2021, when she commenced her role as a Legal Administrator in our office.
Kamila holds a law degree from University College Cork and is currently completing the Law Society FE1 Entrance Exams. She's also been awarded a Law Department ‘Work Placement Award 2017' by UCC.
Kamila has a background in banking and finance having previously worked for a financial institution.

Karen has been with Flynn Solicitors since 2001 and is the first point of contact with our clients on reception. Karen has over 17 years experience with our firm and our loyal client base are familiar with Karen's friendly and efficient manner. Karen deals with all aspects of general administration and is ECDL qualified.

Sarah Moore is a general practice solicitor in our law firm advising on both contentious & non-contentious matters.
Sarah has a special interest in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. She also has extensive experience in Property Conveyancing and Landlord & Tenant law. Sarah also has considerable experience in advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Sarah, a Cork native qualified as a solicitor in 2011. She holds a law degree from University College Cork. Prior to joining our firm, Sarah worked in the Private Client Departments of two large Cork law firms.
