Daniel Ableser is a resident of Windsor, Ontario and a practicing lawyer at Kirwin Partners LLP. Mr. Ableser holds a BA from the University of Windsor (Political Science) and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. Mr. Ableser practices law primarily in the areas of family law, litigation and municipal law and regularly appears before courts and tribunals across Ontario. Mr. Ableser previously worked for the City of Windsor Building & Development Department and for Elections Canada. In addition, he previously served on the City of Windsor International Relations Committee, as a Director of the Essex Law Association and as Vice Chair of the Windsor-Essex Community Benefits Coalition. In his spare time, Mr. Ableser enjoys travelling, having travelled to 53 countries and counting. He also enjoys watching a variety of sports attentively and playing them poorly.

Diletta Bello Casey

Diletta is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in the private sector. She is deeply entrenched in the local community and well respected as an astute Business Leader, Philanthropist, College Instructor, Real Estate Investor and committed travel sports mom. She holds an MBA from Wayne State University and was a proud member of Young Presidents Organization for many years. The valuable insights gained from her diverse experiences in life and business ventures will enable her to make significant contributions to the YQG Board. In 1991, Diletta started working at Bello Metal Recycling. She rapidly acquired extensive industry knowledge by immersing herself in all facets of the business operations. She was responsible for market analysis and sales, business development and expansion, operations, production and inventory management, marketing and product development, cost and inventory control, quality control and implementation, environmental compliance, bank negotiation and relations, human resources management and commodity market negotiations. Diletta became the President and CEO of Bello Metal Recycling by the age of 30. She played a pivotal role in establishing Bello's product as a prominent brand in the metal recycling industry and broke barriers for women in this traditionally male-dominated business sector. Diletta's exceptional sales and numerical expertise propelled the company to achieve unprecedented levels of sales and profitability. She maintained a track record of consistent returns over her tenure. In 2021, Diletta played a crucial role in facilitating the successful negotiation of the sale of Bello Metal Recycling. Diletta's knowledge of financial management, administration and managerial accounting were influential in the many successful years of business for Snapd Windsor, a local and popular community publication showcasing events, people, and businesses in and around Windsor Essex County. Diletta served as the controller of the local operations of the Snapd franchise for 10 years. Recognizing opportunities to invest in Windsor/Essex real estate, Diletta and her husband Jeff, both entrepreneurs at heart, established Venturis Enterprises in 2017. They are enjoying the process of exploring both residential and commercial projects in real estate development. Excited to share her corporate knowledge, Diletta became a sessional Instructor at St. Clair College in the Business and Information Technology Program. Her focus is on accounting and entrepreneurship courses. Diletta is proud to be involved with 100 Women Who Care, and Women United. She is also one of the founders of the Cancer Research Collaboration Fund, a charity that raises money for local cancer research. The main fundraising event is "Play For A Cure", a Pro-Am hockey tournament and with 3 events under its belt, the Fund has already accumulated over $1 million for local cancer research. For six years Diletta served on the Board of Roseland Golf and Curling Club. She was also involved on the board for the Italian School at Ciociaro Club as treasurer for many years. Diletta is a proud mom of Isabella 14, and Carlo, 10. Born in Torino, Italy, Diletta speaks fluent Italian and looks forward to returning whenever she has the opportunity. Travel has always been a passion of hers, and Diletta believes one of the best ways to experience a new place and culture is by trekking and biking in its most remote areas. She is delighted to join the YQG Board as a new member, viewing her participation as an opportunity to contribute value to the community she wholeheartedly supports.

Keith Andrews

Keith Andrews has a unique blend of 30+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a seasoned corporate executive, entrepreneur and former regulator who played a lead role in guiding the policy, legislative and regulatory processes for establishing commercial gaming in Ontario in 1993 - including the creation of the Ontario Casino Corporation (OCC) and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). He also served as a senior adviser to the Deputy Minister's Selection Committee that was mandated to oversee the procurement process for selecting Ontario's first private gaming operator. Early in his career Keith served as Chief of Staff/Policy Advisor in the Ontario Public Service and the Government of Newfoundland where he worked on such diverse policy issues as first nations housing, consumer protection and Canada/US trade. From 1994-2010 Keith was Vice President Corporate Affairs and Administration at Windsor Casino Limited (WCL), a partnership of - Circus Circus Enterprises, Hilton Gaming Inc and Caesars World. During this time, Keith led numerous corporate initiatives and key operational departments. Keith chaired the WCL rebranding team that saw the iconic Caesars brand introduced in Canada and co-chaired WCL's operational development team for the $450-million redevelopment of Casino Windsor and construction of Caesars Windsor. In 2010 Keith left the gaming industry to establish S-A-F Holdings Inc, a private investment and development company with a focus on hospitality projects. S-A-F partnered in concept design, construction, and operations of six highly successful food and beverage venues in the Windsor and London, Ontario as well as a commercial land development in Lasalle, Ontario with partners such as Starbucks, LCBO and Home Hardware. Additionally, during this time, Keith established S-A-F Advisory which focused on supporting c-suite level clients in a variety of industries. Through S-A-F Advisory, in 2013 Keith turned his attention to providing services to Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited (GCEL) as they embarked on entering the Ontario market. As the architect and strategist for Gateway's entry into Ontario, Keith lay the groundwork for phenomenal company growth in the ensuing two years. Subsequently, in 2014 Keith joined GCEL as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Ontario operations. During his time at GCEL, Keith led the acquisition of OLG assets and operations including the seamless onboarding of over 4000 staff and operating systems at 13 gaming sites across the province. With a focus as on driving operational efficiencies, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing site profitability the company's footprint doubled in size nationally as did its financial performance. Having steered Gateway Ontario for over five years, Keith retired from GCEL 2019. Later that year GCEL announced a merger/transaction valued at $1.4 billion. Over his career Keith has been a trusted advisor to elected and non-elected officials at the highest levels of municipal, provincial, and federal government on a range of complex issues. He is recognized as a strategist and consensus builder who has established strong relationships with key community, labour, government, and business stakeholders. Kieran McKenzie

First elected to Windsor City Council in 2018, Kieran immediately took on tough issues and challenging committee assignments. Recognized as a leader, early into the term he was unanimously elected to chair the Essex Region Conservation by Authority by the board comprised of municipally elected officials from across the Windsor/Essex area. Kieran also serves as chair of the Windsor Bicycling Committee and the Public Transit Advisory Committee. After years of controversial and divisive discussion, he introduced and successfully passed a motion to add lifesaving anti-overdose medication Naloxone to all first responders as a component of their field equipment inventory. As a Councillor much of his work has focused on ensuring that municipal services, and the equitable access to them, are at the forefront of every issue that comes to Council. He is a strong advocate for the development of sustainable policy choices and capital investments to ensure that we build an inclusive community. As a City Councillor he has continued to bring focus to environmental issues. He brought forward and was instrumental in successfully passing at both Windsor City Council and at the Essex Region Conservation Authority a motion to declare a Climate Emergency across our region, stating, "If we accept that Climate Change is real, then the obligation to invest in our communities to both mitigate and adapt is critical. Literally everyone is a stakeholder in this fight; the environment needs to be top of mind in virtually every single policy discussion." Kieran is the former chair and current vice chair of the Essex Region Conservation Authority. Additionally, he chairs both the City of Windsor's Transit Advisory Committee and Bike Committee and is a member of both the Essex Windsor Solid Waste Authority and Windsor Essex County Environment Committee. He is a commissioner for the Windsor Utilities Commission and chairs the utility's governance committee.

Drew Dilkens was first elected as Mayor of the City of Windsor on October 27, 2014. He was re-elected October 22, 2018, for his second term. Mayor Dilkens is committed to a program of fiscal discipline and economic growth and diversification while building Windsor up into a world-class city. Since being elected, he has continued to focus on improving the city's infrastructure, including roads and sewers, holding the line on taxes, supporting economic development that creates jobs and attracts investments, and positioning Windsor as a destination of choice for those looking to build homes, careers, and families. Mayor Dilkens pledged to continue upgrading roadways and sewers throughout the city to help increase safety and protect the many homes and businesses in Windsor. As a result, significant investments have been made in roadways throughout the community. Key investments include a $3.5M upgrade to the intersection at Dominion and Northwood, $45M to improve Cabana Rd, a $2.5M upgrade to Banwell Rd, $4.85M road reconstruction on Huron Church, a $9M investment on Dougall Rd to create a multi-use underpass for pedestrians, and $10M to make E.C. Row Expressway a "world-class roadway". In October 2017, Mayor Dilkens presented an 8-Point Plan to address flooding - including a push to expedite completion of the city's Sewer Master Plan. In July 2020, this Sewer and Coastal Flood Protection Master Plan was endorsed and approved by City Council. This historic $5B plan will provide a roadmap for the city to follow over the next 50 years. Delivering on a commitment to help expand and improve public transportation available in the city, Mayor Dilkens sought to expand Transit Windsor's services to neighbouring communities. He followed through by helping launch the town of Lasalle's Transit Windsor Service in 2017. Later, in 2020, Transit Windsor's "More Than Transit" Master Plan was approved by Mayor and Council to create more efficient transit routes, more buses, bus shelters, and facilities. This $135M plan is intended to help modernize public transportation in the city for the next decade.

Renaldo Agostino

Councillor Renaldo Agostino came to Downtown Windsor from the city of Toronto in the early 90s with his twin brother Remo Agostino. Since then, he has owned or operated many successful businesses in the core.
