Kelsey graduated from Jefferson University with a BS in Interior Design. Kelsey has a passion for understanding the user experience in a space; and has extensive design experience in the life sciences and food and beverage industries. She has worked on projects all around the world with sizes up to 4 million sq. ft. Kelsey is also an artist and was ranked second in PA for fine art in 2015 and previously spent four days painting en plein air at an auction.
Alexa is a recent 2023 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University (Previously Philadelphia University) with a BS in Interior Design. She is thrilled to be accepted back into the studio, from once being the resident intern to a now full-time designer. Alexa is ready to take the next steps of development not only within technical and professional skills, but truly integrate the design process throughout all aspects of collaborative work. Outside of the studio, she enjoys music, traveling with friends, and spending time with her family.
After graduating from Philadelphia University in 2014 with a BS in Interior Design, Amanda strongly believes in the power of design. She enjoys applying her passion to positively impact people's lives through her creative visions for dynamic and holistic workspaces. Bryce provides quality support to our design team. Bryce embraces the new challenge of each day and truly enjoys transforming workspaces. Bryce is interested in and contributes to a number of education-related charity organizations. A Delaware County native, Bryce spends his weekends as a backyard grill-master.
Erica provides support to our management team and is a passionate and creative individual on a mission to make a positive impact. With a curious mind and diverse interests, she thrives on learning and exploring new ideas. Whether it's through writing, art, or community engagement, Erica strives to inspire and connect with others. In her leisure time, Erica enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and music.
Ryan has 10 years of experience in commercial construction and 10 years of experience in furniture. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has managed both ground up and renovation work. Ryan lives in the suburbs with he wife and two kids, who are always planning their next family adventure. Outside of work, he enjoys home improvement projects and cars.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with her degree in Hospitality Management, Liz went on to master several roles in luxury hotels located in Boston and Philadelphia. Liz is excited to apply her hospitality expertise at Formcraft to help bring the team to the next level. Outside of work, Liz enjoys baking and spending time with her pets.

Kay has commercial construction experience overseeing diverse projects from medical fit-outs to office tenant builds. Kay worked as an assistant in the construction industry while earning degrees from both Depaul University and George Washington University and teaching technical design, production and scene construction in Washington DC area schools. He is an artist, educator, and technologist passionate about organizational learning and human development.

Svetlana graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2019 with a degree in Construction Management. She brings experience in the construction industry working on exterior envelopes. In her free time, Svetlana likes walks with her dog and the beach.
Troy is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting. Troy enjoys using his experience in finance to support the design and construction projects at Formcraft. His efficiency at managing complex accounts helps the team stay organized and on budget. In his free time Troy can be found playing guitar or snowboarding.
Scott brings 30+ years of construction project management experience to Formcraft. He plays a key role in maintaining schedules and spotting potential opportunities for expedited project delivery. Scott is also a father to 3 daughters and enjoys restoring old cars outside of work.

With 20+ years of experience, Lori understands how design and the physical space helps organizations attain their larger goals. She began her career as a designer at award-winning architecture firms until her entrepreneurial drive resulted in a move to a BD role, where she currently focuses on providing meaningful solutions for the Corporate and Life Sciences sectors. Lori is passionate about volunteering and travelling with her partner and their toddler.
Denny has been a Principal & Project Executive at Formcraft since 2009. He holds a BA in Architecture and strives to pursue excellence and create an atmosphere of teamwork on the job. He is originally from Royal Oak, Michigan and volunteers at a local school, loves the outdoors, and enjoys barbecuing and spending time with the family.
Julia holds a degree in Art & Design from Moore College and has a background in corporate design. In her 4th year at Formcraft, she is a huge advocate of the integrated process as it lets her build relationships with the client, and see the work through from start to finish. Outside of work, Julia is a dance & Zumba instructor.
Madie is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing. She believes the best spaces are created through collaboration and storytelling. She values being a well rounded designer to create beautiful and functional spaces. Outside of work, Madie enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and knitting.
Julia has 16+ years of experience in cultivating strategic business relationships across public and private sectors. She drove leasing efforts for a 1M+ portfolio and completed the Toll Brother's Management Associate Program. Julia is committed to learning and identifying workspace enhancement opportunities; and her interests span neuroscience, self-development, and motherhood.
Kayla graduated from Drexel University with a BS in architectural engineering and a concentration in digital building. Starting her career with a general contractor, Kayla quickly became passionate about the construction industry. She was drawn to Formcraft by our unique business model with design and construction teams under one roof. In her free time, Kayla enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her puppy.

Jeremy Drummond is a Design Principal at Formcraft with over 25 years of experience in interior architecture, design, and management. He is responsible for design leadership, vision, and mentorship of the firm's studio. Jeremy has designed over four million square feet of curated workplace environments. His design philosophy focuses on developing a true understanding of his client's business goals, culture and workstyles.
Owen has been with Formcraft since 2001, bringing years of experience to a key leadership position. In his years at Formcraft, he has surrounded himself with a driven and capable team as well as expanded the company with the opening of a city office in Philadelphia. Owen is interested in supporting non-profit education systems while being a husband, and father to 2 young children.

Josh has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Formcraft's holistic approach of aligning designers and construction teams is what drew Josh to the Formcraft team. Zach graduated from Temple University in 2021 studying Psychology and Neuroscience. Zach has experience working as an Analyst for a Pharma/Therapeutics company as well as an Assistant Project Manager at a private construction firm. Zach is eager to form relationships across multiple industries and expand his network. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family.

Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, Olivia attended college at Temple University. Graduating in 2019, she went on to work in the residential real estate industry for before finding her niche as a Business Development Representative at Formcraft. Olivia nurtures relationships between potential clients by assessing their needs and introducing the design-build product. She enjoys spending time with family and constructing furniture in her spare time.
Mike Louison is a Senior Architectural Designer at Formcraft with over 10 years of experience in interior and architectural design. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Philadelphia University. Mike values technical detailing and has an appreciation for purposeful and simplistic design.

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Civil Engineering in 2022 and received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics in 2023. He started his career working for a commercial general contractor before transitioning to working on both the construction and preconstruction teams at Formcraft. Joe is a big Philly sports fan and enjoys cooking, staying active, and being with friends and family.
Noah received his BS degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from Drexel University. As an undergraduate, he worked for multiple different construction industry leaders. He spent a year serving AmeriCorps for Habitat for Humanity in the greater Philadelphia area after graduation. In his spare time, he enjoys going to local concerts, creating music, rocking climbing, and going to the beach.
Barbara is Formcraft's Project Administrator. She is a Temple University graduate with a BBA degree in Marketing. Barbara is experienced in managing commercial design-build projects from design through completion. Outside of work, Barbara loves spending time with her husband, her four sons and her grandson.
Ellie is originally from Reading, PA and attended Philadelphia University where she received a degree in interior design. Ellie's background in both corporate and hospitality design gives her a unique perspective on creating a beautiful space and a memorable experience. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys painting, reading, and game nights with friends.

Lauren is the Senior Director of Workplace & Design at Formcraft. She brings 13 years of experience in interior design and workplace strategy. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate in Interior Design from Moore College of Art & Design. Lauren has a passion for creating immersive brand environments, and expertise in implementing vision and strategy.
Jim has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He is a huge part of the entrepreneurial & progressive spirit of the company, especially enjoying the opportunity for a unique collaborative experience with each customer. A Delaware County native and dedicated family man, Jim has also played guitar since he was 18.
Brittany provides extensive support to management, leveraging her organizational skills and attention to detail. Brittany takes proactive steps and communicates effectively to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition to her work duties, she is skilled in cake decorating, photography, and drawing. Her wide range of talents and dedication to being efficient make her valuable in any situation.
Neil is a CPA with 35+ years of valuable experience in financial roles, holding several executive leadership and operations management positions. He's a team oriented individual and a dedicated resource for the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
Allison graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and a minor in Art History. Starting her career in residential design, she has transitioned to corporate design where she is responsible for tasks ranging from concept phase to construction delivery. She loves working towards clarity in ideation and takes pride in her ability to redesign existing spaces to better serve clients' needs. She enjoys sewing, cooking, and baking.

Mike Louison is a Senior Architectural Designer at Formcraft with over 10 years of experience in interior and architectural design. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Philadelphia University. Mike values technical detailing and has an appreciation for purposeful and simplistic design.
Originally from South Jersey, Dave attended Drexel University. After graduating in 2014, he spent a few years at LF Driscoll before joining the Formcraft team. Dave appreciates the integrated project delivery at Formcraft and having the whole process in one team. Outside of work, Dave plays the guitar and goes surf-fishing.
Dan graduated from Drexel University in 2001. He has been involved in construction since 2017, beginning his construction management career in the residential sector and moving into commercial project management at Formcraft. Away from work, Dan enjoys playing hockey and loves to cook.

Julia has experience working as an Intellectual Property Paralegal and as Deputy Finance Director for a mayoral campaign in Philadelphia. Julia is excited to help inspire potential clients. Oliver graduated from Penn State in 2020. He started his career at an architecture firm where he developed his knowledge of the design-build model. Oliver enjoys the process of discovery that is inherent in every project. For leisure, Oliver likes to go camping and to make his own mead.
Orest is a Project Architect with 20 years in the industry. He has participated in the design and documentation of various project types, including hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and laboratory. He has overseen the development of these projects ranging in scale from minor interior modifications and fit-out to ground-up high-rise construction.
Elaine is a Drexel Alum with over 30 years' experience in the field and in that time has several publications spanning the Corporate Design Magazine, Interiors and Sources Magazine, and Architectural Detailing in Contract Interiors. Elaine is also closely involved with the restoration of Ambler Mainstreet, helping individual retail stores utilize their new space.

After attending Indiana University, Wayne started full time with Formcraft in 2005. Wayne is a huge supporter of the process - he enjoys seeing the project through from concept to completion. Formcraft provides the unique opportunity to be a part of the whole process while working with one team towards a common goal. Away from work, Wayne enjoys weekends spent wine tasting.

With experience in the nonprofit and roadway construction sectors, Jake brings unique perspective and capacity building expertise to Formcraft. As a Project Engineer, Jake enjoys organizing construction teams to address scope needs and prevent issues. He likes playing frisbee, playing drums, and walking through Wissahickon with his wife.
Scott has over 25 years of experience in architecture, design, engineering & construction management. He is OSHA 30 certified and is a LEED Green Associate with a special focus on Construction Management and Development of Commercial Buildings. Scott loves spending time with his family and 4 children and is an avid Philly sports fan.

Art has over 35 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate as a Construction Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, and Fit Outs professional. Art enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in his free time. Art has been a valuable member of the Formcraft team since 2018.
Dana brings 17+ years of experience in design-build commercial construction to Formcraft. She is an internal advocate for Formcraft's clients, providing high-level reporting and ensuring streamlined communication throughout their project experience. Dana lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, 2 daughters and their dog.

Collin has valuable construction management experience in driving fast-track commercial projects. He also has field experience as a general laborer/carpenter and as an owner's rep. Sam has a passion for creating flexible and thriving workspaces. With a background in engineering and customer relations, he is intent on meeting clients' needs through creative problem solving. Outside of work, he loves to be outdoors and spend time with family.
After graduating from Penn State in 2018 with a BS in Marketing, Catie worked for a digital marketing and design agency where she helped grow a variety of brands across industries. Her creative and analytical mindset helps drive results-oriented marketing strategies.
