Lori and Richie are both Ironman Certified coaches but originally come from team sport backgrounds. Our passion is reflected in the effort we provide in supporting our clients achieve their goals, whether that be completing their first triathlon or qualifying for World Championships... We have an international presence with Lori based in London and Richie in Vancouver. However our spiritual home is the Isle of Wight where we have both spent many days swimming, biking and running the coast, country lanes and trails.
