Andrea is a Research Fellow and an Adjunct Professor of Engineering Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He cooperates on research projects carried out at the MIT Centre for Collective Intelligence where he was a visiting scholar. His research interests include social network and semantic analysis, innovation management and organisational communication.

Detlef is a Professor at the University of Cologne where he chairs the Department of information Systems and Information Management and is a director of the Institute of Broadcasting Economics. He was the reviewer of the German Parliament's Lower House for e-Commerce issues and is a consultant to the European Commission.
Harry commenced his senior career with the NAB as the Australian Head of Operational Risk before joining Bankers Trust as the Regional Vice President Risk Management for Asia/Pacific.
He then returned to the NAB as the Global General Manager of Operational Risk and Compliance for the Group.
Harry subsequently became the founding Managing Director of the Bank of Cyprus Australia (now Delphi Bank), building it into a full service retail bank before its divestment to a major bank. He is currently completing a PhD on Behavioural Science and Artificial Intelligence.
He originally joined the Galaxy team as an MIT collaborator whilst working on the development of Galaxy's HappiMeter product. Joao is currently a member of the SocialCompass and HappiMeter development team at Galaxy.
He holds a Diploma in Computational Enginnering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora in Brazil.

Julia is a business and organisational anthropologist with over 30 years experience in industry and academia focusing on global leadership development, managing global teams, managing change, innovating across cultures and cross-cultural communiation and training. Julia is a part-time faculty member in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at Wayne State University teaching in the Global Executive Track PhD program, where she was a founder and co-director.

Kai is President of the University of Bamberg, Germany, and Professor in Information Systems and Social Networks. He was a Research Assistant at the Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management (Germany) where he received his PhD. Prior to his appointment at Bamberg, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Cologne.

Ken is a Research Professor at Wayne State University in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Detroit Michigan. His career spans thirty plus years in automotive consulting and has specialised in the diffusion of innovations in globally networked organisations. He was the Director of Research for Sandy Corporation.

Matthäus is a member of the Galaxy Sciences core dev team. He received his MS in Information Systems from University of Cologne, Germany and finalizes his PhD in the context of HR Analytics at the University of Bamberg (Germany). His interests include Social Network Analysis and HR specific topics like employee turnover and employee retention.

Peter is a digital pioneer who was closely involved in the development of the World Wide Web at MIT in the early 1990's and whose CyberMap model was a forerunner to web browsers. He subsequently founded Galaxy Sciences based on his ongoing work as a Research Scientist at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence.
Peter is also an Hon Professor at University of Cologne, Distinguished Visiting Professor at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and Hon Professor at Jilin University, Changchun, China. Earlier he was a Partner with Deloitte and PwC, a Software Leader at UBS and a Post-Doc Fellow at MIT. He has a PhD in Computer Science from University of Zurich.

Rupert is a recognised thought leader in financial services risk and control with a track record of Board and Executive Board level engagement. He was the Chief Control Officer for HSBC Global Banking & Markets. Prior to this, he was the Chief Advisor for the Australian Treasury in the Markets Division. Earlier, he worked for UBS in senior roles in legal and risk and eventually as the Managing Director Risk Manager to UBS Ag Supervisory Board.
Tim has had a diverse international career with senior executive and board roles with major organisations including; Bankers Trust, Austock and Fidelity.
He has experience with technology platforms, global new market and product entries and managed a listed firm comprising 14 start-ups.
Prior to that he joined Fidelity as Global CRO and then managed a $150bn FUM business across 24 markets, was Global Head of Relationship Management, European Sales and Alternative Products. He has a Doctorate in Culture and Performance in the Boardroom.
