Angela Ma is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office of AGS, which offers a wide range of corporate services to local, Asian and international clients in relation to Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong structures. Angela provides high-level management and operational support to the Hong Kong team, and drives business development initiatives in the region. In particular she leads the Hong Kong office in serving clients engaged in public listings, investment funds, and asset management activities. Angela is a qualified solicitor, having previously practised company and commercial law in Hong Kong and the UK. She is well positioned to collaborate with Appleby the law firm to deliver a truly integrated and efficient legal-fiduciary service for clients. In addition, Angela has over 13 years of senior management experience working in multinational corporations. Benjamin is Director of AGS Cayman and a Partner of Appleby Cayman. Benjamin understands the intricacies of client transactions and operational, legal and regulatory requirements, enabling them to provide substance and support the decision making processes required to help companies achieve their strategic objectives. Benjamin has significant experience within the structured finance sector representing issuers and investors alike on countless structured finance transactions, including primarily, CLOs, CRE CLOs, PACE securitisations and other bespoke asset classes. Brad Adderley is Director of AGS Bermuda and Managing Partner of Appleby Bermuda. Danielle Lubbe leads the Onboarding Team of AGS Bermuda. She also manages AGS' relationship with key clients of the Group. David is Director of AGS Hong Kong. He is also Managing Partner of the Hong Kong office and Local Corporate Group Head. He is also head of Asia Private Equity and M&A, Corporate Restructuring and global co-head of SPACs. Recognised as a leading lawyer in each of his practice areas, David has been named Cayman Islands "Merger and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year" for the last three years running, having completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of USD100 billion during this time. David's corporate clients include Ascendent Capital Partners, Benchmark Asia, Celadon Partners, Goldman Sachs, MUFG, SoftBank Group Corp. and SoftBank Vision Fund. David Hogan is the Director of Fiduciary Services for Appleby Global Services (Cayman) Limited (AGS) with responsibility for the provision and growth of AGS's fiduciary services offering in the Cayman Islands office. This includes the provision of directorship, trustee, regulatory, compliance and ancillary services to AGS's client base whilst supporting AGS's full corporate services offering. As part of his client director role he oversees the delivery of financial reporting services for Cayman clients. Prior to joining AGS, David was a Senior Vice President with a large global legal and fiduciary group based in the Cayman Islands, where he provided directorship and administration services to a wide range of structured finance vehicles including securitisations, CLOs, asset finance, private equity and bespoke structured transactions. David is experienced with ensuring proper implementation and ongoing compliance with various domestic and overseas regulatory initiatives that impact Cayman company structures including FATCA/CRS, EU Market Abuse Regulations and the AML regime. David has over 18 years of international transactional and financial management experience in senior roles across various sectors including funds, banking and corporate finance, and previously held positions such as Head of Investments for an investment company and Portfolio Manager with a regulated Bank. Ellen Rolle is the Regulatory Services Manager of Appleby Global Services (Cayman) Limited (AGS). James Gaudin - Managing Director

James Gaudin is Managing Director of AGS Jersey and the Jersey Office Managing Partner. He is also a partner within Appleby's Corporate department. He specialises in all areas of offshore corporate, finance and restructuring work within Appleby's strong equity and capital markets practice. His extensive experience covers banking and asset finance, real estate investment structures, public and private debt and equity issues, securitisations, repackagings and initial public offerings, as well as structures involving Jersey limited partnerships and unit trusts. More recently James has advised on some of the largest corporate restructurings to have occurred in the Jersey market. He also advises banks and other global financial institutions in relation to the Jersey elements of complex cross-border insolvencies. The majority of his time is spent on real estate finance and funds. James became a partner at Appleby in 2011. Prior to joining Appleby in August 2010, he spent six years in the capital markets and structured finance team at a Jersey-based offshore firm, before joining another major offshore firm where he was a group partner and head of corporate in Jersey. Before returning to Jersey, James worked with Hemmington-Scott in London for four years, latterly as head of treasury and banking. James qualified as a barrister in 1996 and has been a Jersey advocate since 2005. Jason Green is Director of Private Wealth and Advisory in the Bermuda office of Appleby Global Services (AGS) where he advises companies, ultra-high net worth individuals, single and multi-family offices on the structuring, management and administration of complex cross border investment portfolios comprised of various asset classes, including private equity. Jason joined the AGS team in 2022 from Appleby where he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate department of the law firm and a member of the Insurance Team providing advice on various aspects of corporate law. Jason joined Appleby in 2009 and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2010. His practice included a wide array of insurance and reinsurance matters involving captives, catastrophe bonds, special purpose insurers, long-term and general business commercial (re)insurers. John Wasty is Director of AGS Bermuda. He is also Global Co-Head of Dispute Resolution and Head of Bermuda's Dispute Resolution practice. In his Bermuda role, John leads the Bermuda Insolvency & Restructuring team and the Regulatory Disputes team. John also leads the Insurance and Reinsurance Disputes practice globally. Judy Lee is Director of AGS Hong Kong. She is also the Asia Group Head of Appleby and a partner in Hong Kong. Judy practises a wide range of Bermuda, Cayman and BVI corporate law, specialising in corporate finance and investment funds. Nadish has previously worked in fund accounting and fund administration for hedge funds and private equity vehicles at a global management company based in Mauritius. Norman Klein is Director of AGS Cayman Islands. He is also the Office Managing Partner and Group Head of the Property department in the Cayman Islands. Rouben is the Managing Director of AGS Mauritius, leading the corporate, trust and fund administration business on the Island. Rouben has worked in the fiduciary services industry for 23 years, having begun his career in January 2000 as an Assistant Corporate Secretary. He has worked for a number of Management Companies, progressing to director and head of the Mauritius office with Centurion Group.
