Amanda Hamilton is the Head of Development, overseeing the development of new websites and the maintenance of our client's existing websites.
Joining Gravitate in 2018, Amanda has thrived in various responsibilities and now drives all components related to our team of developers. Striving for excellence through high attention to detail in all initiatives, Amanda has a knack for keeping projects on track, while providing remarkable service and results for Gravitate's clients.
Outside of the office, Amanda loves spending time with her family, then sending the kids to bed early and enjoying some quiet time.

Joe Wallis is COO at Gravitate One, where he's been developing his digital marketing skills since 2010. Having spent time in almost every role he could think of, and some he's still not quite sure how to define, he's now focused on creating systems and processes that help Gravitate deliver the absolute best marketing possible.
As a graduate of the University of Utah's Electrical Engineering program, Joe learned that no matter how complex a problem is, it can always be broken down into smaller parts. His highly analytical education, combined with his love of music and creativity, have given him a uniquely balanced approach to each challenge the digital marketing industry throws at him.
Outside of work, Joe has many (maybe too many) passions. Music has always been his first love, and he plays trumpet and guitar, and used the quarantine to start taking piano lessons. He loves all things baseball and coaches his son's team. He loves to bake and cook, especially over an open fire. Most of all, nothing makes him happier than finding a quiet spot in the mountains to spend a weekend with his wife and three kids.
Kevin Neilson graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with a BA in Business Management. While attending the U of U, Kevin spent three years as a certified ski instructor for the PSIA. Also, he was an analyst with the University Venture Fund, a student-run non-profit organization, helping students partner with local and national investment groups.
Following graduation, Kevin joined eBay as a Top Seller Account Manager helping his clients optimize their selling experience on the eBay marketplace, as well as helping them create the most profitable businesses possible.
Following eBay, he then took what he learned from eBay to Infopia, a SaaS start-up that helped eCommerce businesses manage the complexities of selling online. Infopia helped eCommerce business owners navigate multiple selling channels, inventory management, emails, and clients all within the same software. Soon after joining the Infopia team, Kevin was promoted to Manager of Customer Care and helped other account managers reach client growth and sales goals.
In 2008, Kevin left Infopia and started a digital marketing agency named Gravitate One with Todd Jensen, his trainer at eBay. With their first office in Todd's basement, they learned together the difficulties of starting and growing an agency and navigated the ever-changing digital marketing space while still growing their team and improving their services. Todd has since moved on to other projects and other opportunities. However, Gravitate One has continued to grow year over year with Kevin's amazing team helping clients to grow their businesses and reach their revenue goals.
Kevin is married to his high school sweetheart and has 4 amazing children. He loves cars, gardening, golf, and skiing, and has a very unhealthy obsession with all things James Bond. Nothing is more important to him than his family and loves spending time with them and living life to the fullest.
Before joining the Gravitate One team part-time in 2021, Livia worked as a content writer for Get Away Today Vacations and blog manager for orsoshesays.com. She has always wanted to be a writer, and it took less than a decade after graduating from Weber State University to be employed as one. Not too shabby! Prior to landing dream jobs in writing, Livia worked in property management and stayed home for a few years with young kids.
When not glued to her computer creating content for Gravitate, Livia can be found hand embroidering tiny house portraits, instructing yoga classes in the Salt Lake Valley, walking her pandemic puppy, or spending time with her family.
Margot Pavageau is an Account Manager who works with CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs to grow their online presence and build lasting business relationships.
