Amanda Murphy

Amanda completed her Bachelors of Science from UMASS Lowell with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. Amanda has over 18 years of finance and accounting experience in various companies, both large and small, providing her with a diverse background. She has led management projects focused on streamlining core business processes and systems as well as influencing behavior change to realize sustainable financial results. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including Management Consulting, Banking and Foodservice Management. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys travelling the world with her husband and gardening.

Bob Patton - Chairman, Founder

Robert H. "Bob" Patton holds degrees in literature and journalism from Brown University and Northwestern University. He worked as a Capitol Hill reporter, a commercial fisherman, and a real estate developer before publishing his family memoir, The Pattons: A Personal History of an American Family, to wide acclaim in 1994. He's published three novels and two histories since then. In addition to heading up the Green Meadows team, he's currently at work on Jackals & Foxes, a historical fiction series set in the world of colonial maritime war. Bob has been an advisor to the Patton Veterans Project, founded in 2012 by his brother Ben to help veterans and their families cope with post-deployment issues of PTSD and social isolation. Bob co-founded the Fairfield County Youth Football League in Connecticut in 2003 and spearheaded a $1.2 million project to build multi-use turf athletic fields for youth sports programs in Darien, Connecticut in 2008. Married for 37 years, he and his wife Vicki have four sons and seven grandchildren.

Chris Zawacki - CEO, Founder

Before taking a full-time role as Green Meadows' CEO, Chris Zawacki was a Principal at Netology, delivering advanced managed technology services and support for businesses. Chris was also a Vice President at TEKConn and a founding partner of Greenhouse IT, growing and eventually selling the highly-successful business five years after launch. An honors graduate from Boston College, Chris and his wife Annie have two sons and a daughter.

Corey Bellrose - CHRO

Corey brings a wealth of experience to her new role of providing strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of integrated human resources programs for all of Green Meadows Farms employees. She comes to Green Meadows Farm from an extensive retail career working with companies like TJX Companies, Talbots, and Cumberland Farms, where for more than 20 years she held positions of increasing responsibility and complexity. Corey has always had a passion for working with companies that make a difference in the world and that help to improve the lives of people. In her last role as HR Director for North America and Global Operations for Hollingsworth & Vose, she found herself on the front lines of the COVID- 19 Pandemic, supporting 6 North American Plants in their production of filtration materials used in everything from N95 facemasks, medical breathing devices, to filters for hospitals. In her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Green Meadows, Corey is thrilled to work with a company that is furthering research into the benefits of cannabis in treating a variety of ailments including PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Corey has been a passionate advocate of the benefits of cannabis and she was a volunteer for the Grow Southbridge movement which supported a petition to allow Recreational Use Marijuana in Southbridge which contributed to the successful passing of the bylaw in 2019. As a member of the Southbridge Planning Board since 2016, Corey participated in the development of the Adult Use Marijuana Establishments section of the Southbridge Zoning Bylaws. Corey graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. She then completed her Juris Doctorate at the New England School of Law and has been a licensed member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 2007.

Dan Donahue

Gwen Vito

Job Titles:

Gwen brings close to 14 years of Compliance, Risk Assessment, and Project Management experience to the Green Meadows Compliance Team as acting Director of Compliance, and has been an active part of the cannabis industry since early 2018. Gwen manages the creation, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to keep Green Meadows compliant with all state and local regulatory requirements; performs and oversees departmental audits; assists with completion of licensing and permitting applications; and, conducts Compliance-related trainings. Prior to joining Green Meadows, Gwen resided in California and Oregon for a combined 13+ years and loved everything that the west coast lifestyle had to offer. Missing home and her family, she moved back to her home state of Massachusetts in 2019 and eventually landed herself her dream job with Green Meadows. She spends a lot of her free time outdoors, with her partner and pups, and enjoying food, travel, and friends.

Kat Connolly

Kat brings 10 years of experience from the retail and the holistic health industries. She has worked closely with small independent businesses and their owners to manage day to day operations of their stores as well as facilitate the opening of new locations. During her time as a Licensed Massage Therapist her work focused on blending various modalities to create treatment plans for her clients and their health and wellness goals. During this time Kat began to research cannabis, the science behind the it and its benefits. Recognizing the profound benefits of cannabis and her continued drive to help people begin their path towards healing led her to join the medical cannabis industry in 2017. As Director of Retail Operations at Green Meadows, Kat oversees the aesthetic, environment, product selection, and consumer experience of Green Meadows dispensaries. She continually empowers her team with the knowledge and skills needed so that every guest and patient feels welcome, able to inquire about cannabis regardless of their experience level, and confident and comfortable in their product selections. Kat graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Anthropology where she focused her studies on indigenous cultures and religions of Central and South America, as well as the Middle East. She is also a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master. Kat and her husband Dan, have two children and various pets at their home in Northern Massachusetts.

Mandi Concepcion

As Director of Cannabis Operations at Green Meadows, Mandi oversees the teams responsible for post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, trim, and packaging. Her focus is on bringing the highest quality cannabis to market in an efficient manner, maintaining all SOPs and ensuring the entire team works in a collaborative, positive environment. Mandi has led cannabis operations since 2016 with one of MA's first Medical and Recreational licensees. Her expertise in the industry includes production management, process improvement and people development.

Max Jones - COO

A Manufacturing/ Operations expert with 30+ years of experience spanning the Aluminum, Automotive, Construction, Electrical distribution, and Cannabis industries in various roles from Plant Manager to Chief Operating Officer. Max excels at developing and leading world class teams. Max served most recently as the COO of Maitri Holdings, LLC a vertically integrated medical cannabis company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Other companies in which Max has held senior roles include: Alcoa Aluminum, Faurecia Automotive, WESCO Distribution, JeldWen Doors and Windows. Max has an industrial engineering degree from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad, as well as an MBA from Tepper Business school, Carnegie Mellon Pittsburgh, where he specialized in Strategy, Operations, and Finance.

Mike Ferreira

As the Director of Facilities for GMF, Mike is responsible for understanding the technical aspects of the property, supporting day to day business operations, ensuring efficient operation of the facilities and systems, directing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, managing contractors, mitigating safety risks, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that the facilities meet the needs of clients and staff. Prior to GMF Mike was assigned by Cushman and Wakefield as the Facilities Manager for VERTEX Pharmaceuticals in Providence, RI. and before that, as the Director of Facilities at The Learning Center for the Deaf, in Framingham, Ma. Mike, and his wife of 22 years, have two lovely daughters and are actively engaged in community groups and help raise money for many of them, including the American Heart Association and the BestBuddies organization.

Rob Patton - CMO, Founder

As co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Green Meadows, Rob leads all sales and marketing activities, including overseeing the development of creative, marketing, and communications; dispensary efforts that generate in-store revenue; community engagement; and wholesale activities, including both the procurement of partner products to be sold at the Green Meadows dispensary as well as cannabis produced by Green Meadows to be sold at other Massachusetts cannabis companies. Prior to founding Green Meadows with his family, Rob held senior leadership positions at several digital and traditional marketing firms, most recently serving as the Vice President of Strategy for Data Axle, a leading data-centric marketing company. There, Patton established and led the digital marketing group known as the Axle Agency. Throughout his career, he has worked with various Fortune 500 brands, such as Discover Financial Services, Electronic Arts, Volkswagen, and Taylor Swift. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Government from Bates College, and he and his wife Jennifer have a daughter and son.
