Established in 1993, Harmony Investments, Inc. was founded by Mark F. Garcea and Page S. Johnson, II with a focus on acquiring and managing various commercial and industrial real estate properties. The portfolio quickly grew to include office buildings, shopping centers, residential apartments, sports franchises, and hotels... During 2004 and 2005 the company added a number of hotels and restaurants to their portfolio, which resulted in the formalization of a 'hotel management' division and on January 1, 2007, Harmony Hospitality, Inc. became its own entity, focused on overseeing the hotel and restaurant management. The hotel division has exceeded all original expectations and continues to grow at a brisk pace. Facilitating this growth is a core of dedicated, experienced hoteliers that have been recruited in overseeing the Hospitality portfolio.
