Being in the Hampton Roads area for almost 40 years, Alvin loves to call Virginia Beach home. Being in the mortgage industry for over 15 years has earned him the trust, knowledge, and expertise that all of his clients deserve. He also owns a local gym called The Iron Asylum, where you'll find him most mornings at 5 am! During other downtimes, Alvin loves spending time with his wife Aimee, their 3 kids, and dog.

She was soon recognized as a leader and was taken under the wing of power house mortgage lenders who carefully molded her into becoming one of the most sought after Mortgage Brokers in the Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia Areas. Corrina has worked independently since 1998, running a full net branch operation, and then opened her own mortgage company in 2005 in Chesapeake, VA. In December of 2014, CMS opened their Northern Virginia Branch in Fredericksburg, VA. Corrina is known for her intensive research and training, producing "TOP NOTCH" MLO's.

Erin has been in the mortgage and construction industry since 2001 and she LOVES what she does. The part she enjoy's most about her job is customizing solutions that will help you and your family enjoy your home in the long run. It is one of the largest purchases you will make and it is incredibly important to not feel financially burdened by it. Whether you are refinancing an existing property or buying a new one, Erin wants her clients to be able to understand clearly what is happening, not to feel overwhelmed by the process, and to end up with a mortgage they can be confident in.
Erin grew up in Richmond and moved to the Fredericksburg area in 2011. When she is not busy working with her clients, she is spending time with her family. She has an awesome husband and three little girls who are 6, 4, and 1 year old.
Joanna was born and raised in China where she was teaching elementary school. She speaks fluently in both Chinese and English. She moved to New York City in 2012 and started her mortgage career in 2015 where she found purpose and satisfaction in helping people achieve their financial goals through homeownership.
Whether first time home buyers or investors, she is ready to go above and beyond for her clients every step of the loan process. Her clients are never in the dark but always informed, they trust her expertise and knowledge.
Joanna lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and their two dogs, she loves to help at her local church as a Sunday school teacher for the children, she also enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures.
Joe began his career in the mortgage industry in 2000. He is the recipient of numerous top producer and service awards. His philosophy is to combine old fashioned banking with a modern approach to Lending. This enables him to give his clients the best in personal service, as well as access to current industry news, changes, and trends. In addition to being well versed on loan programs and guidelines, He has extensive experience and knowledge of VA home loans. He considers it an honor to assist our veterans and active duty military personnel. Joe was born in New York City, and at age six moved to Virginia Beach,VA. With his family. He currently resides in Chesapeake, Va with his wife and children.
Kim was first introduced to the housing industry in 2000, where she provided mortgage default counseling and homebuyer education courses. Throughout the next 12 years, she worked in the Hampton Roads area with HUD-funded community development programs. In 2012 Kim became a licensed mortgage loan originator with CMS Mortgage, a female-founded and locally owned business. Since working at CMS, Kim has assisted people with multiple aspects of homeownership. Kim is a true music lover and has been since her first live concert as a little girl. As a teenager, Kim would work just to pay for the upcoming concert tickets she knew she needed. Kim currently lives in Smithfield, Virginia, and is a mom to an English Mastiff adopted from Giant Heart Giant Dogs.
Kristen Genovese began her mortgage career in 2012 as a junior processor and assistant to owner, Corrina Carter. She quickly learned the back end process to processing all loans and the mortgage industry itself. She has focused her career on studying the "ins and outs" of the compliance side of the mortgage industry. Newly licensed in 2015, her philosophy is solely based on excellent service with a personal touch. This enables her to give her clients the best in service, current industry rules/regulations and trends. It is in her best interest to help those accomplish the dream of home ownership. Although the process can be tedious at times, Kristen ensures that her borrowers know all information upfront and remain informed throughout the entire process.
Kristen along with CMS thrives on providing current mortgage knowledge and loan products that will benefit every client. Melissa Okrasinski, Branch Manager and Senior Loan Originator for CMS Mortgage Solutions, Inc. located in Fredericksburg , VA, entered into the mortgage industry in 2001 and has been with CMS since December of 2014. With Extensive knowledge and experience in the finance industry as a whole, Melissa's highest priority is to set proper expectations for her clients.
Melissa lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband, Jeremy, and two children, Madeline and Logan. She is obsessed with the local, downtown culture in Fredericksburg. Her absolute favorite past time is any time spent with my family - whether they are vacationing on a beach somewhere or walking Caroline Street - if she is with them, she is fulfilled. Melissa is a member of the Rappahannock Rotary and the Fredericksburg Main Street Initiative. She is always actively seeking ways to give back to the local community, especially the homeless population. Melissa believes that if her expertise is in the housing industry, she is to help ALL of her neighbors, regardless of what pays and what does not.
