HOTEL FUENTE DEL SOL

Hotel Fuente del Sol is an exclusive four star Hotel situated in the interior of a small Antequera village called the Joya, only an hour from Malaga... The hotel has been designed in such a way as to adapt itself to the local climatic and environmental conditions of the area: southern orientation, porches , small entrances, plants that envolve the hotel, are all passive actions of energy saving, and help to keep our environment sustainable... This respect for the land has allowed us to produce a great part of the food and produce that we offer in our restaurant : olive oil, wine, vegetables, eggs and meat. For watering our allotment and gardens we re-use rain water. We contribute to the development and sustainability of the local economy having local producers as our suppliers.
