Andrew (Andy) Melin - Founder, VP

Andy Melin is the Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Co-Founder of Innovative Construction Group (ICG). In his current role, Andy leverages his vast construction and mechanical knowledge and is responsible for identifying, procuring, and implementing new technology, automation, and processes across the entire business platform. Prior to co-founding ICG in 2009, Andy worked in many capacities for F&K Excavating, lastly managing the GPS Electronic Grade Control Software Program. Andy earned a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.

Chris Pisano

Chris Pisano is the Business Development Manager for ICG. In this role he strives to connect clients to the organization, lead the sales effort and connect the field support team to the sales aspects of the organization in an effort to create the best customer service experience possible. Prior to joining ICG in 2016, Chris worked at Lansing Building products throughout the Southeast. In 2016, Chris joined ICG and was tasked with developing the Siding Division. Chris earned a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management and Economics / Finance from Western Carolina University.

Ryan Melin - Founder, President

Ryan Melin is the President and Co-Founder of Innovative Construction Group (ICG). He leads the team at ICG and is focused on innovation within the organization and construction industry, utilizing technology, automation, and IP to drive process improvement. Prior to co-founding ICG in 2009, Ryan got his start in the industry in 2005 working for Stock Building Supply (SBS). In 2006, Ryan moved to Jacksonville to lead an operation for SBS with Manufacturing, Distribution, and Installation capabilities. Ryan earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Physics from Wartburg College and a M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Florida State University.
