Edward Glauser - CEO, Founder

With a background in film and television finance and production, Edward founded and led Komixx Entertainment for 13 years until its acquisition by iGeneration Studios in 2021. He continues in the same role at iGeneration Studios leading the development and production team, determining commercial and creative strategy. Edward's producing credits include The Kissing Booth 1 (Kids' Choice Awards Winner 2019), The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance (People's Choice winner for Favourite Comedy Film 2020) and The Kissing Booth 3: One Last Time for Netflix; ITCH Series 1 and 2 for the BBC and The ABC; and kids shows Dog Loves Books, Wanda and the Alien and Toby's Travelling Circus. He is currently Executive Producing iGeneration Studios' new series for Netflix My Life with the Walter Boys.

Ella Troup

Ella's passion for scripted drama was ignited over her studies at The University of Manchester, where she achieved her BA in Drama and Screen Studies, and MA in Screenwriting. Her career in Film and TV began as a runner, intern and script reader for several prolific producers - Number 9 Films, Red Productions, Sister Pictures and FilmWave. She then went on to serve as an Assistant Script Editor in the writer's room for the Netflix Original series ‘The Letter For The King', which was show run by William Davies. In 2018, Ella joined Keshet International UK's Drama Team as their Development Assistant where she honed her craft working across their broad slate of global projects.

Lawrence Aldridge - President

Lawrence is a strategic corporate advisor with a wealth of expertise in developing and growing media businesses. Prior to joining iGeneration Studios, Inc. he occupied the positions of Chief Procurement and Alliances Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Senior Vice President Corporate Alliances at The Walt Disney Company, Chief Alliance Officer at United Health Group and Chief Procurement Officer at the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO).

Lisa Murray

Lisa is a fully qualified accountant with over 20 years post qualifying experience working in all areas of the media industry from independent producers to distribution. Immediately before joining iGeneration Studios Lisa was Head of Finance at Eleven Film (SEX EDUCATION/Netflix) and before that at Leopard Films Ltd, Digital Rights Group and BBC Worldwide. Based in the UK Lisa holds responsibility for all financial matters across the iGeneration Studios group.

Maddy Hopson

Job Titles:

Maddy studied screenwriting and cinema at New York University before embarking on a career in TV and film development. She got her start on the unscripted side of things working as a Development Assistant at Jigsaw Productions, an award-winning documentary production company based in New York. She continued to freelance as a development researcher for several years before moving to London and transitioning into the scripted world of TV and film development. She joins the team at iGeneration Studios as an Assistant Development Producer, working across their diverse slate on a variety of projects.

Max Benitz

Writer Max Benitz is the Senior Development Producer at iGeneration Studios and has worked in the creative industries for nearly 20 years. Max is a graduate of Creative Europe's MIDPOINT TV Launch Programme. He read Modern History at the University of Edinburgh, during which time he also completed the Study India Programme at the University of Calcutta.

Michael Shyjka - Managing Director

Michael has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. His career spans senior positions at Guinness Mahon, Société Générale and Allied Irish Banks and five years at Ingenious Investments, where he was an Investment Director and Fund Head across a range of house funds until late 2014. After a period of consultancy he joined the iGeneration Studios team in November 2018. He has worked on a number of film and TV productions, including The Dressmaker, Selma, Pride, Suffragette, Itch and Dog Loves Books.
