Jenna Kearns joined Illinois Bar Foundation in May 2017 and is a Senior Program Manager for Illinois JusticeCorps. The Illinois JusticeCorps program enhances access to justice for the growing number of unrepresented people in the courts by empowering and training volunteers to help people without lawyers navigate the court system. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the JusticeCorps sites located at the courthouses in Champaign, Kankakee, Knox, Madison, McLean, Will, and Winnebago counties.
Jenna is passionate about helping people and serving as a teacher and mentor for future generations of attorneys. Prior to joining the IBF, Jenna served as a program director at Mid Central Community Action in Bloomington and a staff attorney at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid in East St. Louis.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Truman State University and a Law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Stacey Jonas Weiler serves as the Director of Grants and Access to Justice Programs for the Illinois Bar Foundation. In that role, Stacey oversees the civil justice programs including the Access to Justice grants, Illinois JusticeCorps, and the Post-Graduate Legal Fellowship program. Stacey joined the IBF as the Program Operations Director for Illinois JusticeCorps when the IBF took over the AmeriCorps grant from The Chicago Bar Foundation to allow for statewide expansion. Stacey has had the opportunity to grow and expand the AmeriCorps program since its inception in 2012 while also taking on the important grant-making work of the IBF.
Stacey's legal career began at the Center for Conflict Resolution and her background in mediation and conflict management serves her well in her role at the IBF. Stacey is a graduate of Marquette University and DePaul University College of Law, and is a member of the Illinois Bar.

Stacey Meehan joined the Illinois Bar Foundation in January of 2021 as the Executive Director and Chief Development Officer. In her role, Stacey oversees the development and strategic direction of the Foundation and its programs. She also directs the Foundation's fundraising, marketing, and community outreach across the state helping to expand the mission and take the organization to new heights.
Stacey brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit industry experience to the IBF with expertise in business development and fundraising, strategic planning, marketing strategy and event programing. During her career she has held several leadership positions, most recently as the Assistant Director of Development for the Children's Place Association in Chicago. Additionally, she has also held leadership positions at the March of Dimes and the United Services Organizations (USO).
Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and Master in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management from George Mason University.
