Frank brings a unique professional background and considerable project management experience to Integro Strategic Finance. After spending nearly a decade in energy policy at the Federal and State level managing teams and engaging decision makers, Frank pivoted his to career in 2017 enrolling at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. One year into his Master's in Business degree, Frank decided to pursue a specialized Real Estate Concentration at the Burns School of Real Estate. Frank received his bachelor's degree from Davidson College in North Carolina. After graduating with his MBA summer 2019, Frank joined the Integro team.
When's he's not sourcing leads and developing projects, Frank spends his time in the mountains or working on the tomato plants in his backyard.

Grant has been a leading commercial developer for many years in the Colorado market. Employing creative strategies and a "find a way to get it done" approach. With decades of experience owning and developing commercial real estate, as well as a deep understanding of complex CRE financing, Grant's ability to view each project from the owner's perspective and his knack for finding solutions where others get stuck, make him an invaluable asset to his clients. Grant believes there is almost always a solution and works hard to find a way to make every deal one that brings great value to his clients.
