Karen founded Introduction Capital in 2004, after recognizing that Canadian alternative investment managers had an essential need for capital introduction services. The firm is registered as an Exempt Market Dealer and was created with the vision to provide sophisticated investors with access to niche alternative investment opportunities. Since the firm's inception Karen has created and led each of Introduction Capital's business lines.

Mike Voskuil

Mike, through his wholly owned company, Probity Financial Corp., assists with the management of Introduction Capital's Canadian Dealer Services business, analysis and due diligence on investment managers and private opportunities, compliance reporting and financial operations. Mike obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 1993. He started his career with Ernst & Young in Toronto and worked there for ten years, three years in the Auditing Group and seven years in the Corporate Finance Group. For the past 19 years, Mike has worked with TriCap Investors, a multi-family office. His primary responsibilities include accounting, tax and corporate compliance as well as investment analysis assessment and placement. Tori began working with Introduction Capital in 2008, consulting on marketing and communications projects. Her role has expanded over the years and now includes coordinating the Canadian Alternative Investment Forum, project management, CRM maintenance, liaising with service providers and assisting the CEO with industry communication initiatives and client relations.
