Georgi Sokolov is a software engineer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He is the co-founder of several Bulgarian software companies.
Georgi is the founder of the Bulgarian office of the multinational brand Reward Gateway. Under his leadership, the office has grown to over 220 employees, serving over 1000 global clients, including American Express, Groupon, Yahoo!, IBM, and McDonald's. Following the successful sale of Reward Gateway for £140 million in 2015.

Ivaylo Slavov is a serial entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in IT, Financial Services, and BPO. He held diverse managerial positions at Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA.
He is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Elevate (formerly Easy Consult). Ivaylo is also the Founder and CEO of Finance Partner, an investment and strategy consultancy company focused on innovation in IoT, Green, Renewable Energy, and High-Tech. Prior to that, he founded DIGITALL and guided it to become one of the largest and fastest-growing technology companies in CEE.

Kosta Jordanov is the founder and a shareholder of Wiser Technology. He is a software engineer, manager, and visionary with exceptional business acumen. For more than 20 years now, his relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation has been the main driver of Wiser Technology's development. Jordanov is at the heart of the most important steps in the company's background.
Currently, Jordanov is also the executive director of FITE. The company is among the world's leading platforms for streaming sports and entertainment content, and one of the examples of successfully implemented Wiser Technology projects.

Lyubomir Yankov is an investor relations director with over 15 years of experience related to public companies. Over the years, he held the position at National Investment Company Nadezhda AD and Valor Properties REIT. He was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Investor Relations Association.
In 2023, Yankov joined the Wiser Technology team to increase the effectiveness of communication with the investor community, aiming to introduce global best practices into the investor relations process.

Martin Dimitrov is a financier and economist with significant experience in the field of investment and corporate finance. He was director of corporate finance and manager at First Financial Brokerage House, where he was responsible for the structuring of mergers and acquisitions transactions; public offerings, capital increases, tender offers; projects from the field of private and venture capital. Until October 2022, he was a member of the Board of Directors of FFBH Asset Management AD with main commitments related to business development and strategic initiatives.
Dimitrov is currently the financial director of Gradus AD, and as of March 2023 he has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of Wiser Technology.

Rosen Ivanov is a co-founder and managing partner of BlackPeak Capital, an equity investment company in Southeast Europe. Before co-founding BlackPeak Capital, Ivanov founded Entrea Capital, an independent Bulgarian investment banking company.
During his professional career, Ivanov worked at McKinsey in New York, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and Procter & Gamble in Bucharest. Rosen Ivanov has a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics from the American University in Bulgaria. He is a member of the board of directors of Resalta, as well as of BESCO - the Bulgarian Entrepreneur Association.

A seasoned IT entrepreneur and corporate executive, Wegener has co-founded and scaled multiple IT consulting firms, including DD Synergy and C:1 Solutions. Under his leadership, C:1 Solutions evolved into a leading IT services provider before being successfully acquired by Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH).
Following the acquisition, Wegener served as Vice President of the Digital Business Group at Cognizant Germany. Most recently, he was a member of the executive board at Adesso SE (ETR: ADN1). In addition to his executive roles, Wegener serves on supervisory boards, including Exasol AG (ETR: EXL).
