A mother of three and a born and bred Sutherland Shire resident, property has always been in her blood, with her father a skilled builder and designer during the 1980s.
With a passion for real estate and property, she loves nothing more than connecting with clients, managing the sales and buying process and negotiating. With a strong professional acumen, down to earth and friendly nature, Adrianna is a valued member of the James Realty team.
Bianca has always had a keen interest in the property market, actively participating in her family's property investment portfolio at a young age, along with purchasing her first property at just 19.
Having worked in the industry for over 14 years her dedication and commitment to service excellency saw her step into the Senior Property Management role in 2017. Highly organised and an exceptional communicator, Bianca oversees an enthusiastic, tight knit and results driven property management team with a combined portfolio of almost 500 residential and commercial properties. Her dedication and managerial skills are reflected in her reputation for delivering outstanding results for landlords and tenants alike.
Jennifer joined the Peter James Realty team in 2016 after a successful career in stockbroking spanning 28 years. Having always had a keen interest in Real Estate, Jennifer has undertaken several renovations herself, and has also experienced being a tenant, landlord and investor, giving her a genuine understanding and appreciation for all our client's needs.
Her genuine can-do attitude and friendly demeanour has seen her become an indispensable member of the team. Highly organised and an exceptional communicator, Jennifer thrives on assisting our clients and delivering a stress-free, memorable experience each and every time
Starting out in the role of receptionist, it wasn't long before Lara progressed to her current role as Property Manager. Providing invaluable support to the Peter James Realty team, Lara is very much the backbone and behind the scenes champion of the Property Management department.
