Holding an ICF Master Coach Credential places Jane in the top 4% of ICF credentialed coaches across the globe. She is also one of only a handful of Oxford Brookes Accredited Coaching Supervisors. With a proven track record of coaching over many years Jane has witnessed the positive impact of coaching approaches to building team, board and individual capability first hand. Jane began her own practice in 2006. Alongside her own practice she has held Executive Leadership roles such as Head of Coaching and Head of Education for the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. This has enabled her to hone her practice from both an internal executive leader and external coach perspective. Jane works with coaches as a coaching supervisor Accredited with Oxford Brookes University and is a coach mentor for ICF MCC candidates. Jane is currently undertaking a Doctor of Professional Coaching at Monarch Business School on the topic of team coaching in the boardroom and she is an active ICF..
