Jefferson Heights is poised to become the premier residential development in NW Sioux Falls. Located between Jefferson High School and McGovern Middle School, Jefferson Heights will be ready for Phase 1 development in Fall 2021 and will offer a wide spectrum of housing opportunities including single-family, twin home and townhome lots. The development offers a wide variety of lots to accommodate flat, garden level and walk-out layouts. Phase I will also offer premium lots along the 50-acre greenway that runs through the development. The greenway is also planned to be the home of an extension of the city's bike trail system, including a bridge to connect the east and west side of the development.
